I had multiple visits and they have always maintain high standards, ensuring every interaction is positive. AFC Urgent Care is my go-to for prompt, professional care.

Made an appointment/walk in time online. Got here and was able to be taken back for my son within minutes of my arrival appointment time. Super friendly. My son enjoyed getting a snack 🤣 but also he felt comfortable chatting as well. Hopefully I don't have to come back often, but I enjoy this office. ❤ The doctor was great speaking to and educational. The front desk was helpful with getting the pharmacy to get the script when the pharmacist kept claim they never got it.

This is the only Urgent Care in Fuquay I will go to. The staff are incredibly kind, and thorough. I’ve been to almost all the other UC’s in town, and they are hands down the best. I never feel rushed, the wait is always reasonable if you don’t book ahead of time, and I have never had to come back for being misdiagnosed. I only recommend them to friends and family.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. You are never felt to being rushed. The medical team is very thorough.
It’s a plus that the wait is never too long.

Service is very quick, took about 5-7 minutes to get into a room. The employees were all very nice and offered a snack or drink. Highly recommend coming here if your looking for something quick

This office was a little overwhelmed today but still took care of me. This is my second or third visit to this facility. All the folks were real nice and helpful as usual at this office. I will surely return if I need additional healthcare!!!!!

Just go! When all of the other urgent cares near us had 2+ hour waits on a Sunday, we went here. I was the only one in the entire waiting area. After filling out my forms, I was seen in less than 5 minutes. I was in & out in 35 minutes. Front desk, nurse, and dr were all delightful and really listened to me. I will definitely be making this our family’s “go-to” urgent care from now on.

Management really knows how to hire the right people for the job. Everyone is pleasant and Very responsive to my needs.
Very professional and makes you feel like part of the family.
It was a great first time there from beginning to end from the phone call to the dr. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. This will be my number one spot when I’m sick for sure.

Grace was super intelligent and interested in what I had to say. In urgent care you feel rushed through and I didn’t feel that way at all. They took care of me and I feel better already!

Made an appointment this morning and was seen within minutes of checking in. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Both my experiences were really positive and I will definitely be coming back if I need another appointment in the future.

We love seeing Dr. Glass here! She is our go-to anytime anyone in our family isn’t feeling well. All the nurses are very sweet and attentive and thorough. They usually are pretty quick too!

This place is the best! So convenient for us and they are family friendly. I’ve taken my kids a few times and it’s always a good experience. The PA there, Grace, is our favorite! We are always seen very quickly too!

Had an appointment today and they got me in a little earlier than expected. The staff actively listened to me when describing issues that have been plaguing me for past few weeks and came up with a great plan to keep me working while taking my treatments.
Would highly recommend to anyone within that area and I will be using them as often as needed.

I had to come to AFC a couple of months ago because they were the only urgent care in the area with open wait times. It is a 20 minute drive from my house and I have 4 other options available in less than 10 minutes, but I had such a great experience with the PA, Kaitlyn, and the AFC staff that I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is my 3rd visit and they have all been just as wonderful each visit. Highly recommend!

I have visited several Urgent Care facilities in the course of my life but AFC UC in Fuquay is hands down the best. Their staff from the check-in process, to the nurses, to the providers are simply the best. They are all so kind and considerate and very professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

We have had to come to the Fuquay location multiple times due to my kids pediatrician not having times available and/or X-rays. Each time the providers as well as nurses are beyond helpful and accommodating. They all care about your health and give you great service. Highly recommend.

Rebecca Borg, PA was amazing! She was very sweet and great about explaining everything to us. She even apologized about us having to wait even though it wasn’t long. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. We will definitely return if the need comes up!

My 3 year old son had an allergic reaction to nuts today and was breathing fine so I called AFC to warn them I was coming. They got us right back and were super responsive with his care. The nurses and doctors were so sweet and caring. We always come here when in need of urgent care. Definitely recommend and you will be well taken care of! Thanks AFC team!

The best urgent care that I have been to. As a walk in I was able to be seen within 15mins of arrival. Professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend visiting if needed. The manager has done a good job with the staff!

Annika was our nurse and she was friendly, patient, thorough and efficient. Front desk worker was also kind, patient and efficient. There were no “walk ins” on this day, but we only waited 30 minutes after being given an appointment.
