Receptionists aren't my favorite (they're slightly better in person than over the phone), but my NP and the nurses go above and beyond every time I call or visit. I'm very thankful for the help I've received over the past few years here

They hold themselves to a high standard of professionalism and duty. I struggled for years to find a good psychiatric help and behavioral therapy. I feel that I have found that here. Nobody's perfect, but SC's the best we've got, and they certainly do everything in their power to live up to that standard.

Appointments get canceled & rescheduled more then I actually get seen by the doctor. Appointments are never on time and almost always 45 minutes to an hour late. Billing always charges me double & I have to call and get it corrected every time. It’s just so frustrating dealing with this clinic

The receptionists are nice. The 1 doctor and one of their nurse practitioners are not very accommodating. I saw the NP for 3 years. I had an unprofessional and upsetting session and asked to change care givers. I was told no and was not offered any alternative treatments. So now, I have no one to write scrips and no psychiatrist. Not professional at all
