Hattiesburg Clinic Immediate Care - Laurel

Dr. Wagner was a great doctor and I was seen in an appropriate amount of time for a walk in. All the staff were friendly and the waiting rooms and offices were all very clean. Great place to go if you are sick and want to be seen quickly.

I like Hattiesburg Clinic in Laurel especially when you don’t have to make a appointment. Dr Wagner is excellent and knows just what to do with whatever illness you have. I highly recommend this clinic as they are friendly and fast getting you in and out at a decent time.

Is this feeling when you walk in the door how the receptionist treat you they greet you well and the doctors are great it’s a place where you can go and be comfortable that whatever’s going on with you they’re going to find the problem and take care of it you couldn’t ask for a better doctors and I I couldn’t leave the nurses they are great also

I would rate this five stars, but because of poor customer service it’s 1 star. The registration person at the window is very rude. Regardless of the patients demeanor, as an employee and representation of the establishment you should always show professionalism and positivity. It’s unfortunate patients leave a place that has excellent providers due to the rudeness of being checked in to see the Dr. You never know what is going on with that patient and the reason they are there. Even if the appointment needs to be rescheduled, there is no need for disrespectful behavior.

The front desk workers were unnecessarily rude and confrontational. Also despite filing my insurance for some of the fees, did not file for the multi-hundred dollar bill instead sending it directly to my address.

Very long wait just to get blood work. Go somewhere else..
