Super nice workers, breakfast was good, and the room was clean when we arrived.

I enjoyed my stay there. Felt like a home away from home. Everyone was extremely nice and caring. The bathroom was a little tight in our room but nothing that was a deal breaker.

I accidentally left a Nintendo switch in the room when we checked out and not only did they keep it safe for me, they mailed it directly to my home immediately. I could not be more thankful for the wonderful people at Red Roof! We will be back. Thank y’all so much!

I have to say we loved it and extended our stay an additional night. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. We had the king-size suite which was very nice and very clean. I like the partition that separated the couch from the bed area. We definitely would stay again add a red roof inn plus and suites. It's always nice to have a continental breakfast and hot coffee in the morning.

We stay in hotels a few times a month since we travel for work. I wasn't excited since we haven't had good experiences with Red Roof, but this trip changed it all! Jessica, the manager was the best!! She went above and beyond for my crew, made sure to have breakfast opened an hour early stop we could eat and have coffee before we left. Our rooms were great too but the customer service was excellent! We will definitely stay here again and will let our corporate know to make this one of our main stays in the area.

Because the staff at this hotel are always so sweet every time I stay here. Which is quite often. And they are so helpful! You won’t find a friendlier, more hospitable hotel. Great prices and great service. Oh, I found out today Emberly is leaving after several years there. Wish her the best!

Clean and secure location. Downtown without being in the thick of the city. Quiet. Room with jacuzzi tub was well worth the money. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely be returning soon!

Though this hotel is not fancy, I found that is grew on me. Unlike the motel 6 in the area, this hotel not only has great security, but a excellent staff as well. They are very friendly and super-helpful. The rooms are’t like the Marriott and need some maintaining. otherwise the furniture and the lamps add to it. The linens are clean and the beds are super soft. I really feel at home here and would book it again

We encountered three staff members during our stay, and all three of them were fantastic. Like, just the overall politeness and their willingness to work with their guests was great. Some examples include; I ordered some UberEats, and when the driver couldn't reach me over the phone due to my phone thinking it was 'a Suspected Scam Call', the front desk worker at the time let the driver leave it with him, and he contacted me via the room phone. I also left a single sandal there, and one employee in particular, Lauren, went above and beyond the call to action. She not only revisited my room after it was cleaned, but stayed on the line with me while she physically knelt down and checked beneath the beds, where the sandal wound up. Then she walked me through the process in which to get my sandal back, and I'm writing this review from Clearwater Beach in those exact sandals. The location wasn't far from anything you'd need in terms of fuel or a bar, the rooms were immaculate (apparently the hotel just had a remodel recently), and I would never have guessed that it frequently has animal guests because my cat had no problem with the room, and I smelled no urine or various other animal smells at all during my stay. If you're just passing through Chattanooga, I can't recommend this hotel more than I already do. They're polite, it's secure, has free breakfast, and extremely affordable in price. This vastly changed my views of Red Roofs as a hospitality chain.

I give this 5 stars for the staff, they are very friendly and go out of their way to help.
There only two issues with this place, one was that they did not have any laundry accommodations and the pull out bed had a horrible looking mattress on it, it looked as if the thing came in off the street. The manager was right on it, she quickly exchanged it with a better one and was very kind about it.

Great place to stay if you're in the area. I've stayed at this location over 4 times and have yet to find anything to complain about it. The pool is open every time we stay, and the front desk clerks are always courteous (Thanks Elizabeth). I understand the area isn't the best there is, but I it's right off the interstate. The PLUS rooms offer great space and King side bed perfect after a long drive. Don't stray away, and stay!

Perfect & met our Exception. We went for vacation from Canada it just took us couple of minute to check in Front desk was so good helped us with area, Food Recommendation & other activity in area also gave us coupon book that was nice of him. We had Kitchen room was impressed with size of room. right after we checked in we got call in 15 min to make sure we need any thing else & if we do just let front desk know we were please to get that service.
Room was so clean & perfect Beds were comfy & Ac worked like brand new. Quit & nice.
Breakfast was little tight in morning but can't complain as service was so good.

I'm on a bit of a Red Roof tour with my dog, travelling 2400+ miles for the solar eclipse. This location was BY FAR the best "budget" hotel I've ever seen. Big, beautiful room, clean as could be, lovely pool, excellent mattresses/pillows/linens, and more. This place rivals some of the posh places I have stayed in over the years. Further, the staff was fabulous; clearly they are aware of the quality of their hotel and strive to maintain a level of service that also exceeds expectation.

Our room was very clean, cool and very quiet. We were most impressed however the service on the phone when booking our room and then at the front desk when checking in, inquiring about pizza delivery to room and then check out. The real shining star in our experience was Ms Lortia (spelling). What a professional. I admired how she handled herself as she made us feel so welcomed. We make this trip every year. We will be back next year. Thank you for a great stay and great service!!

Contrary to what many have said, the staff here was all very friendly and helpful. I stayed on a Saturday and did have to wair an extra hour to check in - but only because everyone else was checking out late. (So personally I don't feel like taking off a star) The pool was clean, and the heater worked perfectly. The room itself was also very nice. My room - a premium - has a snack box in the fridge with popcorn and a few other things in it. I really enjoyed the space in the rooms. It felt very roomy for a budget hotel. Overall, I enjoyed ky stay.

Stayed at 5 Red Roof Inns on a road trip from Florida to Wisconsin, this was the best of the bunch. Front desk employee (Nick, I think) was great & the room was near spotless. Will be back next time I'm in TN.

This place was great for an overnight after my husband's company Christmas party! The room was great for our family with an extra pull out bed. Kids loved the free WiFi. Pool was closed for remodeling unfortunately. Breakfast was basic continental selections but free so that works for me!

I am a solo traveler and stayed for one night with my dog. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I left my laptop there and they shipped it back to me, no questions asked. I would definitely stay there again!
