Stopped in tonight to look at some dinnerware with my wife. She instantly fell in love with a set from Portugal. Not only were the pieces beautiful, they were also 20% off an already reasonable price. Here’s where I really want you to pay attention: MEGAN AND HER TEAM WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN THE ART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Someone please give this young lady a raise! She made sure that we got the full 39 pieces we were looking for. Not only did she take them to the front counter for us, she and her team carefully wrapped each piece and packed them securely for us. They also helped carry the large haul out to our vehicle! I cannot express how rare this kind of customer service is and how impressed I was by her cheerful demeanor. My wife and I will always come here first from now on, when we are looking for new pieces for the kitchen.

We frequently shop here but I thought it's time to post a review. We enjoy our visits at this Anthropologie. I want to express my GRATITUDE towards Clare. She is a lovely person. She welcomed us when we walked in and was very accommodating and hospitable. She seemed very natural and sincere about her desire to help us with our shopping.

I wanted to extend the gratitude towards the manager of this store location, Skyler. He was very patient with us and helped us through a very complicated issue concerning an order that was incorrect. He worked on this issue throughout the day with understanding and enthusiasm to figure out out. He is s great asset to Anthropologie at Victoria Gardens!

Great place! I’ve worked there for 1.5 years and love the environment. Our guests are great and our management helps out and doesn’t just stand around.

Very impressed with this store. First off, the entire staff is very attentive, kind, and patient. 5 stars for customer service alone! The store is always clean and neatly organized. I very much appreciate the diversity amongst the staff as well.

Great selection of clothing. They stand out from the other clothing stores with unique and beautiful clothes. Sales staff were very helpful and polite. They had an offer for 20% an item for teachers.

The ladies were really nice. The ac was strong.

I purchased a couple of lovely items the other day. Everyone working there was so dry and helpful. The store is beautiful, but I was shocked to see it a bit empty.

Anthropologie has been my favorite lifestyle store since I first discovered them many years ago. But the staff at the Victoria Gardens store is wonderful. It's always a pleasure to go to that store if only to browse new arrivals or the sales rack. Don't be afraid to go in! They are more affordable than some think. Treat yourself to a candle or soap, a scarf or hair clip! They even have journals and calendars and cards. You don't need a new dress to feel pretty!

I absolutely love this place, but I dont really ever make any purchases to be honest because I just cant spend that kind of money unless I am rewarding myself for reaching a goal in life or something

Beautiful clothes clean store friendly staff and most importantly was actually clean and accessible enough for my mother to browse easily in her wheelchair which is impossible at most stores
