Our sales person Kevin was awesome. He did a great job in presenting the product that we were interested in and patiently explained all the options for that particular item. He is extremely knowledgeable as he answered all our questions without any flaws . We will definitely be back as more furniture is needed. JOB WELL DONE!

I had a great experience! We walked in just weighing our options after visiting multiple other furniture stores for our new house. It was our first time, and Steve C. was waking by and asked if we needed help. I told him the style/color sectional we were looking for and he helped us find just what we were looking for at half the cost of the other big-name companies. He also let us know about the current deals and promotions which worked in our favor as we ended up buying a new dinning table set as well. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience! Such a great experience! We just went in to look and compare styles. As soon as we walked we were greeted by Kevin who was very polite and asked what we were looking for. We walked around and he would check on us throughout, answer our random questions and helped us understand the prices and differences in the product. Overall the experience was great, we got free popcorn and pretended we were at the movies and were able to look at the furniture without a hassle. I came in today to mor furniture and was immediately greeted by AL. I was so lucky to have Al assisting us with my furniture shopping. Pauline provided excellent sales service in helping me select the item right for my needs. Victor and his team did a great job moving the items in and unpacking and placing where we wanted.

Kevin was very helpful, professional and patient during our first visit. We let him know we wanted to go home and confirm measurements and we knew when we returned we wanted to continue working with him. He went above and beyond and even moved furniture so we can also have a visual. He was informative about our purchase and very friendly too. Because of his excellent customer service skills we will be back at Mor furniture for more purchases in the future.

Overall, my wife and I have been very impressed with Mor Furniture. We were surprised by the quality ( wife was a former Levitz mgr so knows what to look for). Sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision. The delivery and customer service teams have been great. We will be back.

I had a great experience shopping here for my first apartment. Tanner was an amazing help! He had an answer for every question and provided options or alternatives for everything I looked at. He was very honest and didn't just give information to make the sale but for what would benefit me in the long run. My family has been shopping here for years and this remains our go-to furniture store. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and make you feel right at home, no other stores compare. Oh and they have popcorn and a soda machine, my favorite part!

Awesome store, excellent customer service, although I think there IS room for lower price negotiation, Pauline! The store is well organized. They offer popcorn and soda while you debate our duke it out with your hubby or wifey over which set or color!!! I highly recommend it!

Alvaro is a great employee for Mor's! He attentively greeted us at the door and was patient while we shopped around. He gave us a great description of the sales and was friendly and honest.

I would suggest that Mor add to their freeway billboard to add the word furniture to it so customers are aware because Mor has great deals! We wouldn't have known if we hadn't passed by the store.
