The space is large, the products are very rich, and everything is available to meet your outdoor adventure needs.
The product layout is very grand, clean and tidy, the yacht is great, and there are many motors. There are also small boats and kayaks for fishing, and there are also a wide variety of products upstairs.

The price is not cheap. But the shopping experience is very good, I personally like this store very much. I will definitely go again.

Especially the fact that they are open on the US Independence Day is great.

The environment is good, the hall is spacious and bright, and the decoration is exquisite. It is in the American style. It is suitable for families and friends to gather and go shopping. There are all kinds of sports goods. The categories are complete. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, professional and responsible. Recommended!

Absolutely love this store. Been here many times. Even recommend the restaurant. But lots of parking, even close to Christmas, never had a bad interaction with employees here. Can find just about anything here. Wish there was more snow stuff, but always decorated amazing for Christmas, and can find great deals if you’re willing to look. Line moved very very quickly, no line during regular times of year, fresh fudge being made, food can also be purchased here, parking lot could be brighter but didn’t feel unsafe.

I wish to share what a wonderful experience I had a Bass Pro shops with the Upper Management. You are doing and excellent job selecting wonderful employees. They actually help and take the time to answer questions. Excellent Customer service!

I had many product questions. Everyone around my area was short and downright almost quick to get me off the phone. I did a search and found that Bass Pro Shop in Rancho Cucamonga had my item (in stock) what I was looking for. NO one else around my area had it in stock.

I called and Ian answered the phone. He took this time with me, gave me options and recommendations. Well, that did it for me. I drove almost two hours because of Ian’s customer service.

When I got there, I met Ian. He explained the process and put me into the cue for the next salesperson to help me. Big Thank you to Ian.

Jason was the person who helped me do my paperwork and ring me up. Jason was very helpful with a complicated process. He took his time and explained the entire process. My experience kept getting better and better.

Lisa and Ryan came to check that everything was ready to go. It was like a football team running a play. Everything was streamlined and planned.

On a Friday at 2:30 PM the counter was full. I am very impressed with the efficiency and comradery with the Bass Pro shop crew. I was watching all the other customers and they were all leaving with smiles.

It was worth the 4HR drive (there and back) to find the help that I needed. I will be back to Bass Pro shop. Look at my photos. There is a electronic shooting range, actual large tank with Bass and so many items that I could not believe.

Bass Pro Shop is AMAZING!! We went on a walk to check it out. The store is beautiful and designed well. They have a stream with bridges here and there with wildlife. Very nicely done. The elevator is very nice and designed to be like the inside of a tree.

Bass Pro cucamonga? It's a woowww ,I'm always amazed every time I enter the store, it's huge. Highly recommended 👌. Come and visit the store.
The only downside for me is, if you are going to purchase gun Goodluck,.Everybody are soooo nice,it's just not so organized, they should separate the people who order online and who purchase in the store.

Love love this place. Great place to take kids and sight see all their lovely decor & big fish tank. I bring my kids here often they love it. They offer free seasonal pictures like for Easter/Christmas, which is awesome! You can find just about all your outdoor needs. Can purchase a variety of things from boats, fishing, clothing, ammo & more, a man's dream store.

I love shopping here!!!!! The scenery is amazing!!!! The employees are extremely kind and helpful!!!! They have fun family events, and the prices are very competitive!

What a playground! Always have a blast whenever we go to Bass Pro! We play on the little laser rifles, sit in all the comfy chairs, check out the boats, get some roasted candied pecans and then a drink at the restaurant. Truth told, that doesn't even scratch the surface of all the fun you can have in a Bass Pro! Even my buddies who are not outdoors type people still have a blast when we go to Bass Pro.

This was my Dad's first visit and experience and he loved it! He grew up in Samoa and is a natural fisherman! They have so many options here! You can't go wrong!

This place is massive! We bought some of our camping gear and fishing items. Customer service is great every time. It's always clean and organized. I want to use their shooting range but haven't had the chance yet. Will update when I do.

Bass Pro Shop is always an exciting place to visit and Shop at. We popped in for a few Christmas gifts and they had some excellent sales going on. The fish tank is awesome to watch and if you happen to be there during a feeding that is even better. Cheers

The most beautiful store you can go in to. You could go there just to walk around and look because it's so nice inside. Very friendly staff. Many unusual gifts old style Candy. They are known for having well made clothes that last for a long time. Many families take their friends from out of town into the store. They have large fish tanks, two of them, one in the store and one in the restaurant elevators that go to the bottom of the fish tank. The most extensive fish and hunting supply store there Is. The store looks better than Disneyland inside.

We frequent Bass Pro Shops. My suggestion to management: please readjust your membership checkout lane. I would rather be just a regular customer in a faster lane than wait for over an hour because there is only one or two clerks helping the members. Maybe dedicate one or two registers for members so the queue won't impede on the door entrance and people walking around.

Before I entered, I took a walk behind the building to take a look at the small pond out back. A lot of people don't know about it. It has cascading water and is so peaceful. There is a bench and some spots you can sit on. I like sitting in the shade and eating a sandwich.

Upon enerering, you are blown away by high ceilings and so much decor! Taxidermy, rifles, fishing gear, and a massive fireplace. Threre is comfortable seating if you wish to relax. Admire the view. Before you leave the lobby into the main area, you will be greeted by an employee. Walk in and look up!

Be sure to check out the big fish tank loaded with crappie, striper, catch fish, largemouth bass, and more. If you're lucky, you'll witness the feeding of the fish. Also, be sure to check out the trout swimming around near the fishing area, surrounded by taxidermy and so much gear. Look up, as you will find more to admire. The first floor has all the boats, kayaks, canoes, float tubes (I recommend the White River Fly Shop), clothing, furniture decor, fish finders, and so much more. The first floor also features the Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant, which itself has huge saltwater fish tanks.

The second floor has all the firearms, shooting gear, and everything hunting. The second floor also features an actual shooting range on one side, and the other side has an archery range.there is also a cool, fun laser shooting range for everyone to enjoy. It is coin-operated, and a coin machine is available for change. You will also find BBQ grills and supplies, along with camping gear and more clothing. Hiking supplies are abundant. A plethora of footwear is present.

Look, I can keep going and going just like the Energizer Bunny, but I'll end it with this. Even if you're not an outdoorsman or outdoor adventurer, just taking a trip to BPS is like going to a museum. The children will have a blast! And it's free to enter, of course. Bass ProShops never disappoints and this store is no exception. It’s easy to lose yourself for hours looking over the huge selection of outdoor merchandise. Saltwater Fishing, Freshwater Fishing, Bow Hunting, Firearms, camp chairs, boats, kayaks, apparel. The list goes on and on. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’ve never been.

Too many choices to choose from. I love and like their outdoor styles/designs inside.

Is the best place to take your kids to just see what real wildlife that is in the our world great place to even teach them about our animals that live in our world. My son is 8 years old and he has a great time I travel 1 1/2 hours to go to Bass pros and would travel farther if I had to ok
