The delivery rates a 10 from emails, texts and delivery. The help from the salesman was a 10 . He was friendly , extremely helpful , and fast. The whole transaction was easy and he explained the steps of delivery throughly. I was very pleased.

Had such a great experience at Living Spaces today that I had to share. The sales rep by the name Juan Carlos was phenomenal. He had such great customer service , always had a smile on his face wasn't pushy at all and most of all he was very patient with me. He showed me around, listen to what I wanted and I ended up buying the perfect couch I've been wanting. Hands down if I can give him more than five stars I would . Sometimes great customer service goes unrecognized so I wanted to take a moment out of my day to let others know if they're looking for furniture and what a great experience with great customer service go to living spaces and ask for JuanCarlos he is phenomenal.

Juan Carlos the sales person was outstanding. I would recommend my family and friends to to see him and to absolutely go to living spaces. Outstanding deals but the back clearance section needs air conditioning or better fans. Poor working conditions for the sales staff.

Had a wonderful experience picking out our new sectional today. Jeanne, Rodrigo, Sammy and Darlene were all very helpful! Thank you for your patience, Jeanne while we went back and forth, back and forth, on which sectional we wanted.

Laila the sales associate and Sammy in finance were amazing with customer service. They made my husband & I feel welcomed, not rushed, attentive, smiled during communication along with explaining & assisting us understand merchandise we were purchasing which is so key when dealing with customers. These 2 ladies worked as a great team. Appreciate both of them and hope they get kudos from their supervisor.

Juan Carlos was the person the helped us back in the living spaces outlet center. He was so nice & welcoming. Sold us on the first couch we saw. He gave us our space to be able to look around. We came back to him to do our buy. He’s 10/10 i would definitely recommend to go to him.

Lizette was wonderful. She approached me as I was looking at some pillows. I had purchased some furniture at this store earlier this morning and went back to buy an “as is” rug to go with my new furniture. I knew what I wanted and where it was. I told her what I wanted and she said OK, let’s go! She had me checked out and the crew there getting the rug down with in 10 min, while she processed my purchase. 10 minutes later the loading crew had it wrapped and in the back of my truck. Super service! At my morning purchase, Angie helped me purchase my furniture that I was not able to do so on line. She was very experienced and again I was in and out with in 30 min. Super service!

A great experience. Beautiful store. Smiling and helpful associates. One in particular was Lucy. If you want top customer service that goes beyond your sale. She is a gem. I had a question once my couch was delivered and Lucy answered me quickly, professionally and truly cared to answer me and to ease my concern. She made this experience delightful. I'll buy from her again. She is at keeper.

I immediately saw one of the sales staff wearing a Dodgers shirt. I made a comment to him. And he smiled. I then proceeded to where the bookcases were and I met Jacob there. He was very friendly and helped with all the things I was going to buy. We talked about other thing and I felt this was going to be good. I asked how long he was working at Living Spaces and he said what did I think. I said a year. He was not there that long but it sure seemed like it. It was a good day at living spaces because Jacob kindness. I hope I see him again. Thank you Jacob for all your help. I am grateful.

Everyone was super friendly walking in the doors. Nobody pressured or hassled, which made it nice cause we were looking for a Variety of furnishings. One person in particular. Christabol was extremely helpful. He put a few items that we were thinking about into the cart gave us updated information on what was available and what was not let us know he would be around and whenever We needed him he was there. From the start to the finish. Extremely helpful. Not even on a furniture buying experience, but on a personal level.

Living Spaces store is so beautiful to shop at! They have some of the nicest and most affordable pieces. Thank you so much to Adam, Mark, Reyonna, and Jose for making mattress shopping stress free for me. What a great experience! The physical store is huge and easy to navigate, with excellent furniture choices and great prices. I had to urgently move my mom to assisted living and the sofa she chose was going to take 6 weeks to get. Samuel and Mark worked tirelessly to help us and she gets it in a week. They were both very, very kind. I appreciate the store and staff. Highly recommend!

After an initial delay and cancellation of our order, Mr. Nishan was very helpful , He made sure the delivery was prompt and good. I really appreciate his help, and we are very happy with our new sectional sofa. Thank you

I came here looking for new pieces of furniture to add to my home. All the staff at Living Spaces are super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they’re easy to approach and patient enough to answer all your questions.

I came to the store on two consecutive days and was assisted by Desmond the first day and Jeannie the second day. Both of them made the shopping experience each day so much better with their explanation of delivery options, financing, and their care free protection plans.

Ultimately on my second day, Jeannie was the one who coordinated my purchase with me and Rey helped set up the delivery appointment.

Overall, my experience with Living Spaces was amazing. I will definitely come back for more pieces of furniture in the future.

My experience was great.
The cell person the manager Mr vance Took his time. They help us find the quality. Mattress trust that we need it. And we really appreciate all the kind help. And they even have a playground for the children, my grandchildren.

Walked in knowing basically what I wanted, the salespeople answered all of my questions with a good knowledge of the furniture I was interested in. Because they don’t work on commission, no one stood around to bother me while I looked around a bit and made up my mind. Because of this I was able to make a purchase with good feelings. They do try to upsell you on the warranty - but if you don’t use it in 5 years they give you the cost back in store credit - so make up your own mind if that’s worth it to you. They had the items I wanted in stock and delivered the very next day. All of these reasons are why I tend to choose living spaces when I need to buy a good piece of furniture. They haven’t let me down yet.
