We just received this beautiful Ashcroft Chesterfield Sofa & it’s absolutely gorgeous. Its appearance adds exceptional beauty to our living room. The online delivery team was very nice & helpful. They brought our sofa all the way to our front door & told us how to properly unpack it. We so appreciate receiving this on line order from beginning to end. My consultant Jorge Soria was wonderful. He paid exceptionl attention to what I stated that I needed. He knew exactly where to find what I was seeking. I wanted items for the living room, dining area and bedroom. He was never pushy or overbearing. I even decided to purchase a mattress and adjustable foundation at the last minute. I know that I am going to need a few more pieces soon. Not only will I be returning to Mathis but asking for Jorge again. He made the entire process fun and stress free. I am extremely happy with my experience

We were really happy with Mathis. We selected the couch we wanted, and they were super helpful in working with us to customize it to our preferences. We worked with Hanz and not only was he extremely friendly, he was also very efficient - getting us in and out in time to make our dinner reservations. I will definitely buy from here again - they have a huge selection of pieces to choose from.

Absolutely impressed with the size and variety of furniture available at this store! Jake was the best salesman with great customer service. He was very attentive to our needs, details and making sure we received the best price. Definitely recommend and will going back soon for more furniture pieces!

Sales associate Esteban Gavilanez was so patient, considerate, extremely helpful. Took his time ,sat down with us to explain & listen & answer our questions. A great experience. I was very happy with the whole experience. Now just waiting for my couch & 2 ottoman’s & 2 pillows, to be made( different material) & deliverer & set up. Very much looking forward to this beautiful piece of furniture. The store showroom is Hugh, set up so nice. The bistro can’t wait to go back. My friend I told about this is very excited to go back & shop with me, in the near future.

My sales person was Michael Lopez and he was great. Answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of space to look around the showroom. Respectful and helpful. They also made it super easy to pay and arramge delivery. They have beautiful high end pieces and I found one I love. Will definitely shop there again!

I had the BEST experience at Mathis Home. Teri went above and beyond to help me find the furniture to complement all of my spaces. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and so eager to help! The manager George was also so nice and accommodated all of my needs! The selection of furniture is above all other furniture stores including great quality and craftsmanship. I will continue to shop here and with my girl, Tina!

I had a great experience at Mathis Home shopping for new furniture. My sales associate explained the store layout and gave us some tips on what type of furniture we were looking for. She gave us plenty of space to explore ourselves and take our own time to find exactly what we were looking for. They have a huge inventory and a great selection to choose from. We found the perfect furniture for our home at a great price and with free delivery. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for new furniture.

I was shopping for a sectional for my sitting room, and this was fifth store I visited trying to find exactly what I need and like. During first thirty minutes, three salesmen approached me offering help and guidance. Very important to mention, they were not pushy unlike in some other furniture stores where you feel like they are trying to sell you a car and you want hide or escape immediately. In approximately an hour I chose a sectional and my salesman Ken Chang appeared out of nowhere and helped me to choose fabric, cushions’ fill, etc. He was already in the middle of submitting my order when I saw another sectional which I really liked, so he helped me through the process of customizing it again. He was able to answer all of my multiple questions, appearing to be a real subject matter expert, highlighted all pros and cons, explained about perks of the membership. Simultaneously, he was helping my daughter, who came with me to also shop for a sectional. Finally, we purchased two sectionals, Ken closed both deals very quickly, and when we left the store, there was not even one question unanswered.
This store has great selection of furniture and lighting, reasonable prices along with flexible discounts and excellent customer service. Ken Chang, Scott, Ashley, thank you all for your hard work and outstanding customer service.

Mathis home has a large selection to choose from, to many customizable options. Customer service was great all around, especially Michael Lopez who was very helpful throughout the whole process, and showing us options we were looking for and not just trying to make a sell. He took the time and effort to find us our perfect sofas and found what we were looking for. Overall great experience and will go back again.

We have been shopping with Mathis brothers for 20+ years. My husband and I are setting up from scratch and apartment for his special needs sister and son. It’s a hard situation and Ashley, our sales representative, made it so much easier to keep the price point down and still pick out beautiful things to make them feel happy and welcomed into their new home. I can’t say clear that this is the place To come to Four, no pressure joyful experience. Also, after buying sofas, kitchen tables and bedroom sets from them over the years we have never been Disappointed

We called Ashley to make an appointment with her to purchase a bookcase. She showed us several bookshelves that we really liked. We found the one we liked best. We purchased it today, Saturday, paid in cash, and it will be delivered Tuesday. She has always been our representative since day 1 in July 2022. She knows the inventory and understands what we want. We were greeted with hugs and lots of love from her and her mother. They are both valuable sales associates. They need a rank improvement and appreciation from the administration. We have a house full of your furniture. You should send a photographer here to promote your merchandise. Thanks.

They have a very large inventory of beautiful furniture with a large team of sales associates to make sure customers have plenty of support. Lawrence and Teri were very helpful and kind. The cafe was very helpful in dealing with my hungry toddler— who also LOVED driving the shopping CAR. I will likely be back to let him ride around in the car and have some lunch at the cafe.

The shopping experience at Mathis was great! Derrick Johnson (DJ) was incredible, we told him want we wanted and he wasted no time showing us several bedroom sets.

We did select and purchased a set. DJ was professional and did not pressure us nor did he steer us away from what we were looking for.

We’ll be back when it’s time to purchase furniture.

We recently purchased furniture from Mathis Brothers in Irvine. They truly have the best selection and best pricing. Ati was our design consultant and she was amazing. She put together a whole design plan that was very detailed and beautiful. We loved everything. Ati was so wonderful to work with I highly recommend her to anybody looking for professional design service. She even personally came back to our home when the furniture was delivered to make sure everything was to perfection.

Was a little worried because I recently got my first apartment and didn't know much about furniture or what to buy. The worker I think named Viviano was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. I would be recommending this store to my friends and family and will be my #1 option in case i need more furniture in the future.
