Incredibly delicious…. As always! By far the best Mexican food in the Flathead Valley!

In fact my favorite restaurant of any type in the Valley. Consistently excellent!

Great place! Great service, great food. Authentic Mexican food. We had tacos and they were filling. The meat was fantastic!

Wow! Food was fantastic and they charge very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back again. Not necessarily the place if you’re looking for margaritas or other cocktails, as they don’t have a liquor license and can only serve beer and wine, but they have a wine margarita which tasted surprisingly great and they have great beers by the bottle like modelo negra. Emphasis on the food though- SO GOOD!!

Just good food and great service. This is my favorite Mexican food in Western Montana. The staff is always positive and happy.

The Carne Asada burrito is my favorite. I also enjoy the chicken quesadilla. My wife loves the Pollo a la creama. They take a month and a half to spend Christmas in Mexico and come back around January 23rd. They are back and the food is as good as always.

No waiting, served in 10 minutes. Huge, gigantic Taco Salad. I'm 65 been around the World and hands down this was the Best Taco Salad, EVER ! Took L/O box home for tomorrow's lunch.

A really chill place when we first came in, our waitress was so sweet and our food came out fast. The food was mouth watering and had a huge portion considering the prices ❤❤❤

Have been in search of some great Mexican food in Montana. It has been hard to find but this place is great. The carne asada tacos, and chile relleno were fantastic highly recommend!

Two good reasons to stop on 35 near Bigfork:
(1) Excellent Chili Rellenos. Fresh, not frozen! Homemade batter recipe.
(2) Great salsa and chips.

We drive 37 miles each way for this!

Important Note: The family closes the restaurant every year for about 50 days between the day before Thanksgiving and the middle of January (19th 2023).
Expansion: Taco Mexico recently expanded and are double the size.

Taco Mexico never disappoints. It’s that favorite hole in the wall restaurant that serves as a regular, go to for a yummy Mexican meal. Authentic Mexican music from the speakers and chatter from the kitchen.

Now that I have told you how good it is, don’t go there. There’s not a lot of parking, and they’ve spotted grizzlies and mountain lions in the area.😉

As a Montana resident, I just expect Mexican food in this state to be mediocre. This place was a huge surprise. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I've been there a few times now, and the food is consistently exceptional.

As authentic as it gets in all of Montana. Infact we just returned from a trip to Tri-Cities Washington where I told my son's after they picked a place to eat that it's a shame we have to go further north to Montana to get way better Mexican food.
The entire staff always have a smile for you and the service is prompt.

Food was very good! Definitely beat my expectations. Small beer list was okay, but it would be nice if I could have gotten a margarita.

Best little place for excellent authentic Mexican tacos. Back of the house speaks Spanish, front is English speaking.. so.. definitely authentic Mexican food.. 😄 You know it's good when half the clientele also speak Spanish. 🤤
They recently grew to accommodate more indoor seating.. I do miss the tv playing soccer tho. 😘
I order crispy corn.. and the pork. Soo dang good. And definitely try the beans, too.

Taco Mexico is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Kalispell/Bigfork. Their food is consistently good, and as one expects Mexican food to taste and be served. The wait staff is great. They are always very busy and multi-tasking, but they get it all done and provide very good service. We lived for a long time in a Mexican border town, and we thought moving to Montana we would sorely miss good Mexican food, but with Taco Mexico so close we don't feel like we are missing a thing! :-)

Yummy food! Good service, nice atmosphere.

While visiting the area we decided to give Taco Mexico a try. We were not disappointed! Greeted immediately (warmly I would add) sat promptly with menus. While ordering the wonderful waitress, Isabel, made a suggestion and shared what they are know for in the area. My husband took her suggestion and was very happy he did. I had the enchilada verdes (YUM-MY!!) The food and service were excellent. Definitely recommend and will go back if we’re in the area again. Thank you!
