Dunkin'

The young lady working the inside counter on Friday evening did a great job of explaining our options to us and making sure that we were able to purchase exactly what would make us the most happy. My donut holes taste fresh and fluffy even though it is 6:00 at night. The coffee is fresh brewed. My husband is incredibly happy with his apple fritter.

First time dining in this Dunkin's location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.

Pleasant as always! Service was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with a smile. Took and filled my order promptly and food was delicious! The only thing I can suggest for improvement is to bring back fresh made donuts every morning... Miss that just made taste .

This is my go-to place on my way to work. I love it. Of course the staff are human, but they know me and have adapted to my quirks. I really appreciate that. I’m not going anywhere else. - Erin LS

What more can I say American runs on Duncan The best time to really get the donuts are in the morning they're nice and fresh as a day goes on it seems like they're not getting a restock of donuts so they may be a little more stale and not as soft and fresh in the morning

I have had nothing but a great experience at Dunkin. What makes my experience astronomically different is an employee by the name of Darius. He has done nothing but make me and my friends day better every time we arrive, he has gotten us through many things and been the light to our darkness throughout the months. If Darius hasn’t already gotten a 50% raise, he without a doubt needs it. He has an amazing soul, and great energy, and is what we would call a good human. He makes the best iced caramel coffee, and never misses a beat.

Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Good prices on the breakfast sandwiches. Worth a visit.

My family loves this Dunkin Donuts location. They have let me try items that are not well liked for free instead of charging me for something they know I will not likely care for. They are open fairly late, and are kid friendly. Patient and cheerful employees and a clean dining room make this one of our favorite places to eat breakfast as a family.

Love the coffee at this place! Nice and clean wonderful wait staff! Caters to kids as well. Inside seating and outside seating available. This is handicap accessible and handicap parking out front. Absolutely great breakfast sandwiches!

Amazing service yesterday afternoon. I walked in, guy at the front took my order, he informed me that sadly they didn’t have lattes currently. But he was so kind and apologetic, I didn’t mind at all. I always have the best service here, and even if the line is long, they get the orders out quickly! I didn’t catch his name, but he was working yesterday 8/15/19 at 2:00pm. Thanks again!

Great service! I’m greeted with a “ Hi Welcome to Dunkin’” the second i walk in the door. Most times i walk in & don’t even have to say my order. Going through drive thru hearing “ WELCOME TO DUNKIN ITS JUSTINN” makes my mornings! The workers are always so helpful, going above and beyond to fix any mistakes made! will be visiting more often

I have lived here in the Madison area for three years and this dunkin has had my back through it all. That new dunkin? 25 min wait. This one? Service is quick, in and out in a jiff, and the most friendly employees. My four year old daughter will miss this place tremendously. If you want some good coffee and a friendly person to get it from, this is the place for you!

A little slow but worth the wait

I love this Dunkin Donuts location! I frequently go through the drive thru on weekday mornings and the services is always super quick and friendly. The On-The-Go ordering through their app is my favorite. My order is always ready just as I've specified as soon as I pull up.

This Dunkin is one of two I visit on a regular basis. The employees at this one are always pleasant and super friendly. My coffee is almost always made just right, if maybe in need of some stirring. Overall, everything I've come to expect from a Dunkin Donuts.

We love this Dunkin Donuts! Great service every single time, perfect iced coffees, employees are like our own family. We love them all. Hope it always stays like that too!

The wife LOVES the maple ones. This is a must stop when we're in town! They usually have a sandwich that satisfies me every time I go, this time was a sweet Sriracha bacon croissant. Delicious! Will be back again

Love having a Dunkin Donuts in Madison. We visit this location often and is a wonderful spot to meet my sweet mom for coffee or have a quick meeting with one of my volunteer teams. I also use this location when I need to pick up donuts for the office or an event. As long as you go early enough, you will find everything you need.
