Culver’s

Love the food, hamburgers are wonderful. Last couple of times while dining in and eating a caramel turtle sundae, some customers wanted to know what I was eating. I told them I loved the sundaes, so they ordered also. I think I should get a commission, lol. At least was good advertising.

A few months back we ate at the location on Sullivan road in Madison, AL and my Wife forgot her purse in the booth. When we got home I called and spoke to the manager (Paul). He asked me to describe the purse and said he had it. I drove back and he gave me the purse with nothing missing. The employee that found the purse was named Shaun. These 2 guys' ethics and honesty are greatly appreciated and their consideration has earned a very loyal customer. Thank you!

When I tell you nice, I mean NICE! I came in, not really knowing much at all about this place, but everyone there was helpful. Whether it was food advice, where things were, really anything I needed help with they were there with smiles abound. 😁

The food was great, but the service really sets them apart. Especially the lady up front, probably one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. ☀

I don't remember her name, but she had brown hair and a special name bade, like in charge of the kitchen or something 👍

Wow the service! Wow the burgers!

Greeted by an extremely professional and friendly counter person. What a nice person and a nice way to start the meal.

The Wisconsin Swiss Melt literally triggered an audible "mmmmmm". Strong beefy patty cooked to smash burger perfection. The red onions were perfectly grilled and sweet. All on wonderful rye toast. That rye sent it over the top.

All the food seems really thoughtfully crafted and prepared. And again the service is jaw dropping. Thank you for a very nice experience.

My first visit to any Culvers. Today I visited the Culvers in Madison, AL corner of Wall Triana and Browns Ferry. They were busy (always a good sign), but the staff were pleasant and my order was rung-up correctly. They say how a place does it's fried onion rings says a lot, and it did!. They were crispy and not greasy! The cod sandwich was fresh, not oily, and tender inside, and crispy not soggy!. I also ordered a butter-burger, single patty, and it was tasty, but I wish it could be thicker. It seemed over-whelmed by the bun. But the value was good and supposedly they never use frozen patties. I would give this 4+ Stars, all but I wish the patty was a little thicker.

I first had Culver's when I lived in the Midwest, so I was super excited to see it here in Alabama! I love the food, but especially the custard and cheese curds. The custard is so creamy, I practically inhale it! This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or eat inside with your family. The drive thru seems to be a little slow during popular hours, but I'm hoping that problem will be fixed with the second Culver's restaurant on 72.

First time visiting. Went through the drive thru. Our meal was very tasty and we loved the fries and onion rings. Staff knew we were new and went out of their way to make it right.

Culver’s has years of business experience through the Midwest and it is reflected at the newest Culver’s in Madison.
Their menu is the same as I remembered from Wisconsin and offers something for most diners to enjoy. The star is their “Butter Burger” with a close second going to their custard: shakes, malts, “Concrete Mixers”, cones and bowls.
My double-cheese butter burger was fresh, hot and tasty. The cheese curds were a treat that isn’t often found in the South.
Service was friendly and professional, observing “safe” protocols including delivery to the table in to-go bags.
I recommend Culver’s without hesitation but remind the diner that the store is new and still subject to a wait, especially in the drive-through.
Personally, I like my food as fresh as possible so I recommend dining inside-the decor is pleasant, comfortable and your food comes a little faster!

I really like Culver's. I've only had one other Culver's and this one is a good one.

The chicken sandwich is really good. Nice and crispy. Everything was hot. Big fan of the cheese curds too. Worth the extra charge. They also make a pretty good fast food reuben. (My favorite kind of sandwich. If a place offers it, they will be judged on it! 😁)

Also got a Expresso and cookie dough concrete and that was really good as well! Place was clean and service was good. Everyone was working hard.

The concrete (salted caramel and cheesecake 😊) is the best I've tasted since Freddie's in Memphis Tennessee. I thought I'd never find anywhere that would beat them. They r Def running side by side for no. 1 for their concretes. No burger wise they blew Freddie's out of the water. It was delicious. And the service was phenomenal!! The girl was soooooo sweet and courteous. Not to mention friendly and upbeat (especially for it being 1030am). The whole atmosphere was a wonderful feeling and experience. And the wait was no time. I will Def go back!!

Of all the years we've been visiting Culver's around the country, our worst two visits have been our two most recent. Yesterday we waited almost a half hour before I went to the counter to find out where our food was (my wife had gone up a few minutes earlier to no avail). Turns out the holdup was French fries. I can understand a few minutes, but a half hour for fries is a bit much. I asked for my money back on the fries so I could get the rest (at this point we were in danger of being late for our movie). The burgers were great - what I'm used to from Culver's - but the cheese curds were inedible. I guess in the wait for fries they'd gotten cold.
It seems they have a lot of new workers lately. Hopefully they can get up to speed soon, or we'll have to find other places to go.

Whatever the issue was has been resolved. Recent visits have been more in line with the excellence I've come to expect from Culver's.

New location near me, lines for first week or so were insanely long, it is expected. I enjoyed my meals, had the Atlantic Cod Fillet and their ButterBurger Cheese, the Onion Rings were not to shabby. Great start!👍

Ordered a double butter burger, was given a single. After bringing it to their attention they made good of my order...

Good food and good service. Their daily ice cream specials are always a treat.

The curd burger, fries, cheese curds were all very good and the young men up front were nice. What more can a single mother ask for?

My first time visiting a Culver's outside of the one in Casa Grande AZ and it was great. Delicious burgers!

They never have coffee ready and I always have to ask multiple times to get it. The food was cold. They need more help.

Honestly this was probably the best fast food place I've been to, apart from the fast part. The food was certainly not slow, but it did take a couple minutes for them to make it all. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints, the food was delicious and tasted like it was made from high quality ingredients, the service was extremely kind and helpful, and the place was clean and had a very cozy feel to it.

We ate here for the first time last night, and it is the best fast food I've had in ages. The fries were so good I could eat them 'til I explode. The burgers were amazing! We also ordered a cheescake oreo concrete and omg did it deliver! Nit to mention the staff are so friendly and upbeat, I really appreciate their patience and hard work. Do NOT sleep on this restraunt, you won't know what you're missing.
