Payne Nursery

Payne Nursery is wonderful! We bought trees & plants ( a pretty big order) . We had David Payne ( son) planted everything… he was amazing! Showed up on time, lined up all the trees, & added all the mulch. Couldn’t be more pleased! I recommend David highly!

Is there an option for 10 stars? Payne Nursery is the best! Tony Payne and his team are the friendliest folks around! They honestly care about how your landscape turns out, even if your just buying a few plants, they treat you like you're the only customer of the day! My wife and I went in to have a major landscape job designed, and Tony drove us around, asked what we liked, and sat down and designed us a plan within a half hour! He even stayed over after close to make sure we were happy! Top notch business, beautiful plants, and friendliest staff around! I saved hundreds of dollars over shopping at any big box store..10 stars for this business!!! Jeremiah Jones

What a wonderful experience. We were greeted by a smiling face, enthusiastic to assist us. We sat and were able to discuss my list of options. After making decisions on which plants we wanted to look at. we were escorted to each greenhouse to look at the plants personally and select the ones we wanted. Payne has a vast selection and knowledgeable staff. Tasha was so friendly and helpful. She is truly a ray of sunshine, making our shopping experience a delight. The plants we selected were waiting to be loaded at our vehicle when we were done. Thank you so much. It was fun sharing the story about our dad. I've bought 25 or more trees and shrubs from Paynes through the years. Mitchell is my go to guy, but anyone there will be happy to help you. Family owned and run, just super nice people who are happy to take you around, answer your questions and load your vehicle. Great selection. Go see for yourself.

We discovered Payne's Nursery last year and we love it! They have so many beautiful plants to choose from. They picked us up in a golf cart and drove us around the property showing us everything. They have wonderful suggestions and they are very knowledgeable. We bought a Kwanzan tree last year and five Azaleas today. We HIGHLY recommend Payne's.

Excellent plant nursery with a good variety of top quality plants, knowledge staff, and clean, weed free paths between the plants. The prices are very reasonable. Always a treat to visit Payne's.

This is a family owned nursery with the most beautiful selection of plants you can imagine! The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. Tasha does a such a great job drawing up plans for your yard and listens carefully to your ideas and likes/dislikes. You will love this place!

The people here are fantastic!!! They are friendly and they are always on hand if you need help and will answer any questions...the quality of the plants you get is great and prices reflect that...they have wide variety of trees, shrubs, plants to fit anyones needs...

If it grows and comes out of the ground, Payne's Nursery has it, or doesn't grow. It was a great experience to see his such a wide variety of trees shrubs and flowers today. I got exactly what I was looking for and will be back to finish off any and all Landscaping I will need in the future. Payne's Nursery rocks

Did a load for this nursery, place was really nice and clean, workers super friendly. Unloading time was really good for a full 53’ load. The owner of the place, Tony, was super nice. Asking if anything is needed. Overall, friendly people and a nice company to work with!

I would call this nursery one of the premier nurseries in the Upper Cumberland. They have a huge selection ranging from the commonplace to the exotic. The staff is knowledgeable and they don't charge tax since they are a wholesaler. More of a reason to go if you ask me.

My landscaper used Payne for two of my homes & the plants were healthy & beautiful. I went back to Payne when I wanted to expand. They are so helpful & know their plants. Will go back!
