Kinda slow there some days, but they called me a king in the drive thru. Food was good! 5 stars

Fast and convenient. The store always is clean, no sticky tables. The staff at this store, as well as the store on Hwy 20 & Sullivan are nice to deal with.

I absolutely recommend the BK mobile app! Great deals and easy to use. Pick the item you want from the specials, and it generates a 4 digit code, good for 15 minutes. You show the code on your phone to the cashier and you are good to go!

Now you need to ask at the window for condiments but I have a difficult order and its usually correct. And when you do remember to ask again at the window, well at least when I ask, I always get several more than needed which is the way I like it. The employees are extremely friendly for fast food and if your order gets messed up they always hook you up with your meal plus extra where applicable. The point is they have always either took great care of me or when brought to their attention, any mistake is always made up for. no quesrion asked. Love going there!!!

Good location. Usually get great service here. BK has good fast food chicken nuggets, although they're not low carb. I'd recommend theirs over other fast food chicken nuggets. Can't really recommend much else.

I stopped in on Oct 25th 2019 to get a Whopper and fries. The guys in the back were doing a very focused job making the sandwiches and I could tell they cared about every detail just in the careful manner they exhibited their work.
When I unwrapped my sandwich it looked like the ones in the TV commercials. One of the best Whoppers and Chicken Sandwiches I've had a a long long time..
Keep up the good work guys... Managers... take note that this quaility effort is recognized..

Very fast service. They use the app seamlessly, and it gives really good discounts. Everything ended up being less than half the price of McDonald's, and the food is just as good.

The servers have the best attitude and are so friendly. The manager should be proud. I go a couple of mornings a week and have always had great service.

I come here almost everyday. The guy at the window is so professional and nice he does a great job and makes you feel appreciated. This guy needs a raise for sure.

This one is much like other Burger King stores, and it's a good one. The store is clean, the people friendly, and the food is good, at a good price.

Nuggets of chicken, how lovely is your wrinkley texture and bumpy breading. But loveliest of all is the price of silence from a toddler: $1.49.

The drive thru staff is more polite than any other fast food place in Madison...for real.
