Great experience, Kyle helped me as a walking in, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable, and no long wait (it was raining that day) lol. I will be back.

Bobby and Kyle were great! Bobby saw we were there early for our 8:00 appointment and open the doors for us early. Kyle did a great job with the alignment and got us in and out very quickly! Great customer service!!! Checked out was very quick and they valued our time!!!! They were also able to drive a manual which seems to be a lost art.

My personal experience at Mavis was great. I came in without an appointment to replace my two front tires. Despite being short-staffed with a full schedule, they took my vehicle in to get serviced. The manager and staff were very informative, respectful, and accommodating. They gave me several tire options that met my needs and price range, all without feeling pressured to go one way or another. The manager, Posey, was especially helpful and personable. Overall, the service I received from Mavis exceeded my expectations. I plan to return to this shop again and I would highly recommend their service. Thanks for the great experience, Mavis and staff!

Quick friendly service. They were able to work me in quickly without an appointment. Nothing like a Sunday morning slack tire to start your day off. Fortunately they were open and willing to help me out.

I had a low tire and was able to get quick, professional service at this Mavis to fix it up and get me rolling. I chose the location because I had previously used another Mavis that had provided exceptional service in a camper tire blowout. I was glad to find this store also provided great service. The store is in an area with great cell service (5G-UW) so I was able to get work done while I waited.

Posey and Tim were fantastic, very professional and great customer service. We went to get a tire checked which was reading low pressure and they immediately took my truck and was very informative while answering all our questions. Thanks guys!! We will be back!!!

Getting a nail pulled from my tire was quicker and easier than I expected. I noticed the issue when my tire pressure dropped and heard a faint hissing sound, so I took it to the shop right away. The staff found the nail and explained my options—either patch it or, if the damage was too bad, replace the tire.

Thankfully, a patch was all I needed. They removed the nail, patched it up, and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, leaving me feeling much more at ease!

I stopped in today because I thought I had a slow leak in my tire and I wanted to get it checked out, the guys at the shop were very accommodating, they got my car in without hesitation and checked it out, and made sure that I knew that everything was safe and okay for me to drive, I really appreciate the whole team.

I had recently got a nail in my tire and came over and got it patched. Scott was amazing and quick. We will definitely come back for any future problems.

Top shelf tire and alignment shop. They took care of my truck no questions asked and made the appropriate alignment. I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of there work. Looks can be deceiving, but I will be back for sure.

I walked in to Mavis Tires today in full on panic mode. I just purchased a new truck and I hadn't driven it 200 miles today. The gentleman at the counter walked outside and could hear the tire hissing. He took down my information and he and the service technician put my spare on before my new tire went flat.
A couple of Sundays ago I walked in thinking my wife's car need an alignment. Kyle put it on the rack and shared that it had more significant damage than that. He as kind and showed me what was going on underneath so I would have a better understanding. Those acts of kindness, service knowledge, and willingness to help people makes me still believe there is hope in the world. Mavis has earned the trust and service of my family. My boyfriend is getting his Nissan tire changed today the team members are very nice and welcoming they got him in very quickly you can’t find a better price for a brand new tire plus mounting it on than this!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bobby and the crew who are there on Saturday, August 10th, 2024. We had just left Birmingham with an Enterprise rental vehicle and we're traveling to Indiana to move my son into college. As we got outside of Birmingham, we noticed that our rental car had tires that were out of balance. When we called Enterprise, they told us that we could pull into any Mavis since they have a relationship with them.

About 45 minutes away from Madison, we called hoping that they could squeeze us in so that we could continue our trek. When we got there, the team hand jacked up a Chevy suburban and took each wheel off and balanced all four tires. We were back on the road in roughly 38 minutes.

This was a family trip that you can imagine had a little bit of stress and timing to it, but the team at Mavis in Madison did a great job of understanding the situation and getting us back on the road. I'm grateful for their empathy of the situation and putting us at ease about our rented vehicle.

Bobby, Liz and the crew in the shop are top notch! No one better in the area! Great customer service! Thank guys!
