My food was hot and tasted very good.And there was no long line and Customer Service was on Point..

Stopped on for lunch on my way back to Austin. The food ,of course was delicious as always. But the service...what an amazing employee Jessica is. Very personable and professional. Give that girl a bonus and a raise 👍😊

People here are so polite!! Better service than 99% of places I have been to. Wish I could tell you names but they were all so great!!

First time here. Older lady at front counter could have been a lil nicer. She was snarky and getting smart. I attribute it to her old age. Everyone else was great!!! Friendly, helpful, funny! Older lady needs to be in the back. Great food for my first time!!!

If you want a great fast food burger this is the place for you. But be aware that they are busy and it may take some time for you to get what you ordered. Very good though!!

It's a great Whataburger. The staff is phenomenal and super friendly, offering exceptional customer service. We enjoyed everyone there.

They were a bit busy, but our order came out promptly, and everything was really good, and everything was correct.

The establishment is very clean, and so are the restrooms. We had a great experience at this location and just loved the staff. I highly recommend stopping by when you want Whataburger.

Everything was hot, my shake was perfect, one of the workers didn't seem to care for me or my coworkers due to our uniforms. But I don't hold that against them.

Some of the best customer service, for myself and everyone else in the restaurant, that I have experienced in ages.

The food from here is always sooo fresh n hot. I love going in the mornings before I get to work. Hotcakes, burger, fries it don't matter what it is my taste buds are always satisfied 😋

Edit: We needed a little pack of salt from the front, and one of the ladies went out of her way to get us a couple of packets so we didn't have to get up.

Omg y'all stepped it up food was hot after a 5 mile ride nothing was messed up and for once there was no horse play or negative behavior tonight y'all won us back tonight since y'all screwed up an order last month may have to go back to 3 nights a week if y'all keep it up

It was super busy here when I went. The lady who took my order and helped me was probably the best fast food worker I've ever encountered. Maybe her name was Cassie? She wore glasses, had very short hair. Anyhow, she was super pleasant, very positive and effective with her communication and just had the best personality. The drive thru sitch is pretty tight and that whole center can get very busy. Plenty of parking for an indoor meal though.

Been to several Whataburger's and this place is very, very good. Employees are very friendly willing to help you. I do enjoy breakfast and when on the run this place is where I stop. Always Clea inside and out. Smiles from them always gets a smile in return when you start out a day 🤓. Update: February 19, 22, 1st time for everything. Walked in and not very busy. Ordered what I wanted and did not receive a military discount. For all you brothers out there better make sure you get it. Plus, tables not clean and floor dirty. Staff not very friendly. Update: Wednesday, 27 April, '22, Love to hear the laughter as I walk in here. Employees are very nice and helpful, enjoying their workday and sharing with the people. Today my wife and I enjoyed breakfast at Whataburger. It was great! From the time we walked in the door until we departed, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the courtesy of the staff. We look forward to eating there again soon.

Very good service, friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were hot and tasty. Love that you get a real fried egg.

I just get curbside here, so I can't speak to the atmosphere of the place, but my food has always been ready in a reasonable time frame. The staff are friendly and prompt. Sometimes the place is pretty busy.
