Walgreens Pharmacy

I arrived at Wayzata Walgreens on 9/14/22 at 10:50 for my 11:00 appointment for 3 vaccinations. Aisha, the Pharmacy clerk, greeted me and everyone else politely and apologized for the long line, but saw people expediously and kept the line moving. Although I had completed the online form for my vaccinations I was asked to complete to more forms in the store as apparently each vaccine requires a separate form (you may wish to point that out on your website.) I only waited another 10 minutes and was seen by Dr. Rania, Pharmacy intern, who was very adept at giving near-painless shots. Both were kind, caring and very professional and I would like to recognize them for the effort that was above and beyond the call of duty. Aisha thanked everyone for their patience and for coming to Walgreens. Both she and Dr. Rania exemplify what I think Walgreens strives for in Customer Service. Just about the most caring pharmacists and pharmacy staff you could hope to encounter. Always greet me by name and kindly followed developments in my wife's terminal illness. Genuinely cared for my wife and me, bending over backwards to accommodate our needs. Skillfully navigated bureaucratic impediments (prior authorizations) to facilitate our getting medications in a timely manner. Good people who care about their clients. I would, and have, gone out of my way to receive their professional and humane assistance. My highest compliments.

I just want to say Gabby in the pharmacy tonight was a very nice, patient and addressed a couple things for me and I very much appreciate her help. Any employer should know what a quality employee she is,definitely who you would want to represent your company! Thank you Gabby , it's the small things I appreciate so much thanks

The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. they have rude employees that try to act like they are licenced Doctor's and know what is right for me and my dr is wrong. And when i got my medicine they shorted me 20 pills on a month supply of my pain meds (yes they were opiates) and when i called them out on it she told me to leave or she will call the cops.

STORE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

So I don’t like the idea that you come to the pharmacy after 3 hours from the doctor and you still have to wait 10 minutes for your simple oninment.

This pharmacy and store appears woefully understaffed. Pharmacy drive thru closed and had to wait 45 minutes standing in line to pick up one prescription at noon on a Thursday. Aisles are very messy with items on the floor. I will not be going back.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in the summer and fall of '22 as labor is tight, however I am officially switching pharmacies. My prescription is never ready even when I request a refill and then wait a day to pick it up. Often they do not call my name over the speaker when it is ready and told them I'm waiting in the store. There is almost always a line when I get there (both outside in the drive thru line and inside). Scripts have been transferred to another pharmacy as of Nov 2022.

My medication is always late. Currently I have been waiting over a week for a prescription. The staff always dismisses it and gives me watever the excuse of the day is. The staff is apathetic at best. When I go to pick up my medication, I know I will be in-store for at least 45 minutes. Slow customer service and severely under staffed. I can't stand using this pharmacy.

Drive through moving at a pace of one car per 20 minutes. Always understaffed, scripts aren’t ready when they say they are, needs work.

Worst pharmacy ever. Medication never filled the day it supposed. Always couple days late. Long wait lines. Terrible costumer service.

Awful pharmacy. Terrible customer service and very long wait times. I’m transferring all of my prescriptions to Spring Park Pharmacy.

Walgreens Wayzata is a sea of inefficiency. Only one worse is Walgreens Mound!
