Panera Bread

Overall this is an excellent shop. They seem to pride themselves on efficient and quick flow to push orders out. It can be crowded but honestly I get why people return in numbers. The flatbreads here are inconsistent in quality but I think it's the corporate element there in what corporate supplies for toppings.

Always love their cinnamon crunch bagels and chicken soup! Tried and enjoyed the blueberry lemonade.

Got lunch here with my mom the other day and got great customer service. I love the food Panera sells, so good!

Coffee is always good here. You won't go home hungry.

Food was great and the cashier Savannah was a delight to encounter. I will probably return to this location in the future and hope she takes our order and gives the level of customer service that is rare to come across these days. Savannah you are a special kind of wonderful!! Cheers!!

Stopped for cinnamon crunch bagels for our Littles for the first day of school..
They love them..did you know you can ask for them to be bread sliced..excellent just excellent….

Breakfast sandwiches were excellent.

Gets very busy during the lunch hour! ... still provides great service!

The manager on staff today was excellent. His name is Noah and he assisted me with a delivery order. I called right over lunch hour and he took the time to talk with me and not make me feel rushed. He was considerate and polite. Good job on hiring good people, Panera!

I always order online and pick up, super fast, super easy, and they never screw up my order! :D Though I think I may be allergic to what they wash their apples with, because i get a strange burnt sensation after I eat their apples.

The app glitched on me twice, and my order was wrong. Manager was able to fix the issue very quickly and kindly.

Had the best experience at Minnetonka location. Savannah was so nice at the register. I have been visiting this location for years. It's always great. UPDATE: it seems that multiple people mentioned Savannah being very nice. She needs to be promoted! :)

Probably one of the best customer Service experiences that I've had. Brought the food to us, even added a little shredded cheese to the food!
Other Panera? Yeah that's never happened. This one sets the standard for how the others should be! 🙂

We always get great customer service here. Food is served in a timely manner. Food is fresh and flavorful. Clean, comfortable and family friendly environment.

Good place to spend " alone time ".

I would definitely recommend using the kiosk during the lunch rush so you don't have to wait in line to order only to wait for your food. It was a way better experience using that and having the order ready faster!

Excellent sandwiches and soup. "Kitchen sink" cookies are worth the calories! Quick service.
