i’m on vacation and decided to pull the trigger on a watch i’ve wanted for along time. i knew exactly what i wanted and i contacted gunderson’s on their website to see if they had the exact watch that i wanted available in store that day. they let me know within a half hour that they did have it available in store. headed over there and got it sized and set up quickly. very quick and easy transaction. i’ve been wanting this watch for along time and im very happy with the purchase and the service at gunderson’s.

I've been a customer since the days of JB Hudson at the old location in downtown. I've only ever gone to Kathleen for my purchases, she is a gem. I had a great time purchasing an Omega back in the day, and recently acquired a few new timepieces as well, all from Kathleen but now at Gunderson's. She'll get you squared away no matter what, you can rest assured of that. I would look for her if you're looking for the best in customer service.

The best in Minnesota! We worked with George and Kathleen for an engagement ring and our wedding bands and couldn't be happier. We went to almost every other jewelry store and no one had the quality, selection, or service that JB Hudson/Gunderson's had. We ran into a small issue with my wedding band and Kathleen went above and beyond to fix it and wouldn't stop until we were completely happy - and now we couldn't be happier. Will be going back plenty more times in our lives.

Kathleen was extremely knowledgeable about every watch in the store and helped me find a great selection. If you're looking for a Seiko, IWC, or Nomos, this is definitely the place to get it.

I stopped in today to get some service performed on 2 watches. I was approached immediately by Jesse. He was friendly, professional and quickly went to address the issues. I was able to browse the store during the service and was really impressed by the array of jewelry, watches and even high finish knives. The service on the watches was expertly completed and I would recommend Gunderson’s to anyone in the market for jewelry or great service.

We had a great experience at Gunderson's recently. We love that they don't push the merchandise at us. Rather they work with us to find the right piece that worked for us. We love to work with Sam. She was very patient with us and helped us find the right piece for us, even though the one we chose was not the priciest piece. We will definitely recommend the store to anyone who is looking for quality watches and jewelry and a wonderful experience with great service.

The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. I purchased my diamond earrings from another company and I wasn't able to to remove them. They did everything possible to help me. Due to faulty backing they had to cut them off. They repaired the earring within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Gunderson's Jewelers as your jeweler. Thanks for the great service, you made a stressful situation bearable!

Ended up here after going to several other jewelers. My girlfriend and I weren’t looking for something crazy (basic ~1 ct salt and pepper solitaire princess) but constantly felt like we weren’t listened to (and always up-charged) everywhere else. We worked with Lacey and she gave us exactly what we wanted and within the budget we had given her. She also provided wonderful and attentive service. What started with a phone call to Gunderson's with Larry on a pre-owned watch, led to a beautiful custom piece of jewelry, combining my late father's rings and turning them into a beautiful pendant. Larry's creativity and personal touch led to a special remembrance piece for me. I highly recommend Gunderson's Jewelers for their personal service for each client's needs whether new or custom.

I brought in a ring with yellow citron stone that was damaged. The jeweler selected a replacement stone that was beautiful, had a slightly different cut and fit perfectly into the setting. They also deep cleaned my engagement ring, found a loose stone and fixed it as well. I highly recommend Gunderson. The staff is attentive and knowledgable too!

This place is spectacular, they have awesome Selections and the staff is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure knowing my valuables are in good hands. The workmanship is top notch A+, I am a customer for life.

I normally don’t take extra time to write a review however after looking at several other upscale Jewelers in the twin cities with my son for engagement rings we have to tell others Gundersons jewelry is the Best in Minnesota! Kristen went above and beyond to find the perfect mined cushion diamond and the Quality and Selection was Fantastic! We are absolutely blown away by the First Class Service we received from Samatha as well! The Ring is Stunning!!!

My husband used JB Hudson Jewelers to custom design my engagement ring. He worked with George and had such a wonderful experience. George went back and forth on designs for months until Zack (my husband) was confident he had it just right. It truly is the perfect ring. We proceeded to purchase our wedding rings from George, as well as 2 watches (one as a wedding gift to my husband and one that was purchased by Zack's father as a referral from us). They offer free cleanings for everything you buy from them. Customer service is always impressive. Highly recommend JB Hudson and specifically, George.
