To be honest, I was hesitant at first, because all the online sites kept warning about various scams in the used car industry. However, their process is as simple as selling a car can get, and is set up to be scam-proof. I sent them the pics and answered general questions about the vehicle. I signed their sale document, they wire transferred me the payment (which meant it could not be taken back), and then they sent a truck to pick up the vehicle a week later; the last step was me mailing them the title. Easy peasy! I would definitely suggest them as a great option.

Pretty seamless and painless. Everyone at Lake City said what they were going to do, and did it well. I had what could be be called a difficult sale, a muscle car that many buyers would love to have, but a car that few banks will lend on, well.. thanks to to Lake City, banks were obsolete on this deal. They know what they are looking for, they know what it’s worth, and they’re pretty reasonable in their negotiations. If you are selling, and these guys call you, pick it up.

I buy and sell several vehicles a year, but rarely newer, more expensive vehicles which can be a real pain to sell as a private seller. Lake City’s offer was 10% higher than any of the dealer offers and higher still than the next highest private offer I got. I was really impressed by their process, there were no silly games; get paid, mail a title, and load the vehicle on a hauler that comes to you. Would happily use again.

When selling my 2016 Ford F250 Crew cab Diesel truck, I no sooner posted it online in a few places, and shortly thereafter Matt contacted me. Once we agreed on an acceptable price his on-line process moved quickly to a payoff. Even in the midst of the Thanksgiving holiday, Lake City sent a transport truck to pick up my vehicle since I live in Michigan, and they're in Wisconsin.

I was skeptical at first, but this was the smoothest and fastest car selling experience I’ve ever had. Money wiring was flawless. The only hiccup was that I received no notice when the transport driver showed up to take my truck. All the people I dealt with were outstanding. I’ll work with them again if I get the chance.

I posted my vehicle on craigslist for sale in PA , they called me from out of state, made me a very fair offer, and wired me the money the next day. A couple days later they sent somebody to come pick it up. Highly recomended Lake City AUto they are very trustworthy and easy to work with!

This is definitely a five start business. Jesse did everything he said he would do exactly when he said he would do it. I was a little reluctant to sell my car sight unseen to a buyer I could not meet but this was better and easier than any in person deal. Thanks for being a reputable online business.

Very skeptical at first due to it being an out of state buyer. Well it was a smoother transition than if my neighbor would have bought it! I was qlso a skeptic of all the perfect reviews but i understand now! Would repeat business anytime!
