Arby's

I always stop at this Arby's in Verona after a day in Madison because of the staff. I feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in the door, and they make sure my order is correct, the food is hot and fresh (best fries ever), and I leave with a smile. Great staff!!!

Food was nice and hot. I rarely ever buy fries from any given fast food restaurant and recieve them fresh and hot...but I did here. My whole meal was fresh. No wilted lettuce on burger. Very impressive! The people were kind and friendly. Describe in one word.... Outstanding!💕

Well made sandwiches every time we pick them up. Friendly staff.

Went through drive through. Got a french dip. Could have a little more cheese in it, but it was very good.

Very good service! They were quick especially for the fact that they were pretty busy. I kind of wish they would open up the restaraunt but it's still a good place to go. They also really load the roast beef sandwiches with meat. Curly fries were good. They need to get more beverages on their menu though. Overall one of Arbys' better locations and I recommend this place very much.

I swear arby himself put his whole arbussy into the arbys we had here. it was truly stellar. will be back tomorrow.

Usually when i go to this location, they mess up my sandwich. I ask for a smokehouse brisket with no mayo, and more often than not it actually comes with mayo on it. It’s no big issue for me, i just go back in line and ask for a new one. The manager on duty tonight, Rhandee was wonderful with solving my issue. She was super friendly and I could tell she was juggling a lot, and she was doing such a good job running her shift. She gave me a free cookie as well as a new sandwich. She is truly wonderful at her job, and I hope that she keeps up the amazing work. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!

People are always friendly no matter what time we show up, everything ordered is always great. Curly fries are always hot and fresh. Restaurant is always clean, condiments and other stuff always stocked and available. By far the best Arby's I've ever visited!!!

Ordered online, everything was fresh, they put TONS of extra sauce in the bag. Older gentleman was very good and came to bring our food out. I love ordering online from here.

The food was delicious, however the drive through line was incredibly slow. I think there must have been a new guy running the window. He was very polite, just moved super slow. All in all I would still revisit. Nothing beats a 2 for $6 deal!

Busy location was there on Sunday during the packer game only 2 employees but they handled it like a boss. Very friendly staff even though the store was super busy. Order ahead of time online.

This review is mostly about the excellent service experience rather than the food (which was also good).

I was on my way to Cave of the Mounds while driving between Chicago and Minneapolis, and stopped here to have a bite to eat. I ordered something with a few modifications and one of the folks assembling my food wasn't 100% clear on the things I'd requested of the cashier so he found where I was sitting and double-checked to make sure he got my order right.

After I got done with my meal I realized that I'd locked my keys in my car. While I was sitting on my hood waiting for a locksmith one of the employees came out to offer me a free drink and make sure everything was okay, and let me know I could wait inside if the sun was too strong.

I've not been compelled to write a review on a food establishment before but this struck me as really above and beyond service. If it wasn't a state away I'd make sure this is the Arby's I visit every time.

This is a new location, and as such - very good, very clean, and very on top of things. We'll see how things go after they've been there for a few years.

The staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. The place is kept clean and well stocked. To top it off, they have a variety of specials that keep one coming back without wreaking havoc on your budget. Overall, if you need a good choice for a lunch or dinner in Verona that's fast & inexpensive, but still healthier than 'the burger joint', this Arby's location is the place to go.

Everytime we come food always fresh and hot , customer service always on top of things, very clean restaurant , I could eat a a double roast beef and cheddar everyday I never get tired of their roast beef one of these days I'm going to try their other sandwiches cuz they all look so good but then I don't want to miss out on my roast beef so I might have to take some to go and eat it later⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is consistently delicious. I tried the sweet potato waffle fries today & I was not disappointed! A bit of a wait to get thru the line, but well worth it. Always friendly service

Been here twice. First time was a roast beef sandwich from the drive-thru. Second time was a Smoke Mountain while dining in. Completely satisfied by the food and service both times.

Outstanding sandwiches! Recently I have enjoyed the delicious fish sandwich that's very reasonably priced. Another personal favorite is the French Dip sandwich. Tasty foods and generous portions. Yummy!

The employees were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well stocked by the drink stations.

Amazing service every time. Was just there today and I think there was a new girl working. I forgot to ask her name but she was soooo nice at the drive-thru. Food was delicious and hot as always!
