we are not defined by our mistakes. everyone, without exception, makes mistakes. what defines us is how we handle those mistakes.

time and time again, I've come to this location, and occasionally, they have made mistakes on my order. but unlike other Taco Bell locations, every time they've made a mistake, I've gone into the store, and they've fixed it, no questions asked.

the employees here are always very friendly and seem to care a lot about the customer experience as well as the food that they sell.

this is a very good Taco Bell location.

The food is what's to be expected; it's Taco Bell. The staff here knows how to take care of customers. I'm a very frequent flyer at this location. It never feels like I'm at a giant corporate food establishment, rather, it has a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. This location's staff makes small talk while waiting for my food and they even go above and beyond by owning up to any mistakes made or if my order is not 100% perfect. I've seen countless staff members come and go over the years but one thing has never changed, and that is the service. Great job, management for mentoring and instilling good values in your staff.

Food was good, Service was not great waited forever to get order taken

Good service during lunch time hours when break time is short I am always able to get good fast service and good food

Just wanted to leave this 5 star review because this is probably my favorite taco bell in the area. Every time I have went the staff is amazing.
I ordered door dash tonight and got the nacho fry box. They must have been out of the nacho fries. Not only did they replace them with chips, but the gave me a coupon for a free taco for the inconvenience.
That kind of customer service is just so above and beyond. And that is the kind of customer service I wish every fast food place had.

Had chalapu box. Delisious! For $5 got chalapu, taco, beef and bean burrito. And cinnamon swirls. Great deal

The food was great. My burrito was very stuffed with food, and same with my taco. They didn't skimp out on anything, and the cinnamon twists were very good. Not to mention they have one of the greatest sodas of all time, Mtn Dew Baja Blast! And I the value was great too, everything I mentioned above is in the Classic Combo for just five bucks. Would go again.

Taco Bell is just the best. Stopped here on my way to Milwaukee. They were understaffed during my visit, so it took a while to get my food. However, they explained the situation and apologized, so I appreciated knowing why it was taking longer than expected. I also really like the touch screen ordering option.

Steak chalupa supreme, 2 soft shell steak taco supremes, and a hard shell beef taco supreme. The large passion fruit freeze has a chance to win a new Xbox X series. That's why I go there once a week...lol! So far I haven't won a thing. The service is Covid safe. The service reps are always kind. They always make sure you check your order on the screen. My order was correct. The service is super fast. My food was consistently delicious. Besides rare extreme situations which are typically an exception not the rule. I refuse to give a fast food place a bad review. I know what I'm getting when I go there. I used to only eat TB when I was hammered. The quality has either gotten better or I've just gotten older. Either way my order was 🔥.
So go ahead make a run to the border.

Woman working drive thru tonight 11/2/18 at about 10:30pm was exceptional. Do what you have to do to keep her around. Very friendly, great attitude, I told my son she was probably the owner.. as this is how a business owner would behave.

I eat here a lot lately, there ap is up and running now, it was touch and go for a while.

Why I would give them five stars? because they are fast and generally and always nice considering the personnel turn-over that's common to fast food.

This is my favorite location of Taco Bell in the whole area. The staff is excellent, both professional and personable. The service is quick and accurate. And the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend anyone in the area check out the Verona Taco Bell!

It's what a Taco Bell should be. Affordable. Fresh quality produce. The surveys on the receipts must matter. The staff wants you to fill them out and they want you to have reason to give them good scores.

My husband and I had Valentines Day dinner at the Verona Taco Bell. The team there was fabulous. They decorate the table with hearts, bears, and balloons, and gave us an ice cream cake for desert. We will absolutely come back.

Excellent service at this Taco Bell. The Taco Bell on McKee Rd in Fitchburg could use a tutorial from the Verona Taco Bell. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes in Fitchburg without even being acknowledged. I ended up at the Taco Bell on Verona as a result. Good call in the end.

I saw one of the employees chase after a car to give them something they forgot. Now that is customer service!

Solid taco bell, they're open later than the one in Fitchburg (no idea why a taco bell would close before midnight) and they're super quick with consistent quality. Asked them to hook it uo witb the diablo sauce and he did. Although the other one has the guy who wears a taco suit, either is a good choice.

Morning crew during the week is usually the best and pretty darn accurate.
Weekend crew.... Anything can happen and at times their focus is not the best.

This location is one of the best in the Madison area. Food is always fresh and well made. I like the large seating area outside.
