Wendy's

I never really eat fast food. I ordered the biggie double bacon burger that comes with fries and nuggets. The fries were hot fresh and very delicious, the nuggets were hot and juicy at this point I was in disbelief, then I took a bite of the burger oh my it took me back to my childhood when we used to go to a burger parlor in San Antonio called Floyd’s burger. I’d like to tell the employees and management Thank you. Thank you for your warm smiles, your hospitality and for the fresh hot cooked to order food. You took be back to some very wonderful memories.

Everyone was on point! I got the biggie bag with a lemonade (it's an extra charge but worth it). Tried the sugar cookie- it was pretty good and a shareable size. Even though it was busy, the service was great and they made sure my order was correct.

I had my first KAREN experience! We were passing thru Temple on the way to Say Antonio and we decided to go thru the drive thru at Wendy's. We got our order and got back on the highway. By the time we actually started digging into the food we were miles down the road. The whole order was wrong and were upset and still hungry. I called the store very upset and frustrated and spoke to the manager Karen. I explained to her that we could not go back as we were just passing thru the town and were miles away already. She tried to get me a compd meal in San Antonio but that didn't go thru. So since I could not go back to the store for a refund she said she would mail me a gift card for the balance of the meal that we bought. She was very friendly and helped any way that she could. Today I received the gift card that Karen promised. She even put it in an awesome Christmas card l, and wrote a nice note and signed it. That is freaking awesome. Karen I want to thank you for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation. And the thought that you went to Walmart or whatever and picked out a Christmas card for us is amazing. So with all that said, Karen thank you so much once again. I will definitely go back to this location if I'm ever in town.

It was late at night, one in the morning. I had been on the road for over seven hours, driving and driving. Every 24 hr McDonald’s was closed. The Dennys I had passed were closed. The ihops, Taco Bell’s, and even Domino’s were all closed. I was beginning to grow desperate. As I pulled into the gas station across the street, one of my passengers says there is a Wendy’s nearby that’s still open for another thirty minutes. When I finally spotted it, it was a mad dash to get over there ASAP. Pulling up and getting to the drive through order screen, I was nervous. Could this place really still be open? Even if they were, would they be mad at me for coming in so late? As I pulled up, Rosaria made it obvious that our order wouldn’t be an issue at all. She was patient when we needed to take some time to talk out the order, she made sure everything was perfect. Spicy, not spicy? Sauce for the nuggets? You could chalk it up to the expected standards at Wendy’s, but coming from a very kind woman who was clearly tired but could tell we were desperate.. it was not just the expected standards. Rosaria ensured our order was exactly what we wanted, and she wouldn’t let it be anything else. We had to wait about seven extra minutes to get the spicy chicken sandwich, I believe they had their fryer turned off for a period of time but made it a point to turn it on for us, and the entire time Rosaria and her staff were polite and had big smiles on their faces. I’ve eaten at many, many Wendy’s before, but not even the one in my home town could compare to the fantastic service and amazing food Rosaria and her team provided. I wept tears of joy as I ate my bacon double stacker and fresh, toasty hot chicken nuggets. The ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich had the perfect amount of sauce, it was so warm and fresh. The pretzel bun burger, ordered plain and dry, was plain and it didn’t have any condiments, as ordered, but it was far from dry. I can’t believe I may never eat at this Wendy’s again, and I wish I could move to any nearby town just to enjoy Rosaria and her team’s impeccable service. To anyone who lives nearby, you are so lucky to be in the presence of a truly perfect Wendy’s. Thank you, Rosaria. Thank you and your team for making what was almost a terrible night so fantastic. You are my hero. You and your team deserve a raise for the insanely perfect service I received that night.

Miss Karen and everybody in there was so friendly. The food is delicious. I order my fries with no salt because I have troubles with table salt and they did not mind fixing me some french fries without salt. I think they are awesome.

I've personally never ate at a bad Wendy's.

100% better than the other Wendy's in Temple! They are so willing to fix any issue with the order, IF YOU HAVE ANY! And they get you in & out efficiently! My top pick for fast food!

Went through the drive thru on a trip back home. Very easy access. The ordering process was good. The employee at the window was very friendly. I received my order quickly and was back on my way. The food was hot, fresh and really good. I would stop here again

Fresh food. Fast service. The staff could be more friendly. But the food was fresh.

I asked for a #1 triple 3 times. And ended up receiving a double meat. But it was still good.

This had to have been THE FASTEST DRIVE THRU experience I have EVER had!!! And EVERYTHING was on point! Food was correct and hot. Fries were hot and crisp. The worker at the drive thru was quick and nice! BEST WENDYS EVER! We were in and out in less then a minute! NO LIE! Pulled up, ordered, paid, got food and rolled out! UNBELIEVABLE!

I dont know what yall have done different about your fries.... But they taste as good as they use to when i was younger and yesss!! Please keep them tasting this good all the time! Even when they got a little cold from our travels, still tasty! Nuggets changed too, not for the better in my opinion. Chicken and lettuce always crispy here like they have a secret garden in the back. Customer service was above great! Normally not so well, but not bad. This time was super wonderful. Keep up the great improvements! We see you :)

The lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond, and I wasn't even needing anything special. Just got a salad, a Frosty, and 2 Jr Frosties.
Without asking, she offered to sell me a Halloween coupon book, with 5 Jr Frosty coupons for cheaper than a single Jr Frosty, then took 2 of the 5 coupons out to pay for the ones I got. After I was leaving, she chased me down to give me another coupon.
The name on the receipt said Chiquitta. I don't know if she was just a cashier, a manager, or whatever.
If you come here, I hope you're lucky enough to have her working.
It may sound trivial, but I left there feeling like I was special. You don't normally get that at a fast food place.

probably the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had to be honest for some reason they didn't have chicken 4 for 4 which they do everywhere else which was strange so I ordered a chicken sandwich instead, my brother ordered a baconater they brought out food and we asked if it was ours and she said it was so we got to our seat and it was two just burgers so we went back to the counter and she told us that we took someone else's order so we resolved that issue and got our actual food so then I went up to get a drink and the soda machine barely works the screen had like multiple seconds of response time and then it wasn't soda it tasted like lime water instead of coke zero so we just got water also my cousin ordered a chicken sandwich after us and they gave him a baconater but he just ate it because free bacon I guess

Decided to try Wendy's breakfast that morning. I was pleased with my order! The morning clerk was taking orders, brewing coffee, dropping the seasoned wedges, preparing the breakfast sandwiches all with a smile. Hats off to her, I just wish I could of gotten her name.

Pretty good Wendy's here, it's as a part of a gas station so it's nice we could get food here really late because it's open 24 hours. Food was expected quality so no disappointment there. Bit of a questionable crowd in the restaurant, I guess to be expected around a gas station at a late hour.

A very nice young staff were manning their posts late at night. It was mostly drive thru traffic so we went inside. The restaurant was pretty clean with the exception of a couple of French fries on the floor. The trash was not overfilled at all and the restroom was clean.

The manager at Wendy's makes sure that everyone has great tasting food & properly trained his employees there! Everyone is so nice & they're food is always wonderful and never soggy or cold like the Wendy's on the 31st St ! They never make you wait more than 6-7 minutes to pay for your food & get your food! LOVE this Wendy's!!!
