Jenni Olander and their Office have helped my wife and I with our health policies above and beyond any other insurance agency . We have had the pleasure of working with Jenni on numerous occasions. Every time we have met with her,the staff has been so pleasant and knowledgeable. They actually feel like family. I've talked with Jenni Olander on numerous occasions on the phone and in person ,and if I dont get Jenni her associates will ask if they can help and when they can the do. But fear not,when I need Jenni she will call me right back and handle my question promptly. The whole experience has been a pleasure and we are looking forward to many more years of working with the Hinkley crew. I attempted to apply for Medicare and my supplement insurance on my own and after a while I knew I was over my head! I found the whole thing completely confusing!
(Jeni helped my friend a couple years ago and he was really pleased with her help, and said I should go to her, but, I thought I'd try it on my own...bad idea.)
Thankfully, I gave her a call and she got me through the confusion and I got all signed up!
I will not hesitate to call in the future, and I am telling all my friends to call her.

I called. Sarah Jerry answered. She was efficient during my call and friendly. At some point she needed to call North Star for clarification of a billing/payment question. Within minutes she called me back with the answer. She took my payment over the phone and followed up with an email shortly thereafter explaining how I can do the payment online next time if I wished. She thanked me over the phone and when the call was over, I had the impression that they appreciated my business.
