The food is awesome, definitely better than expected for fast food with plenty of options. The place is clean and kept up and the all of the employees are extremely nice!!! Love the atmosphere the employees create!! 100/10 recommend

The food, staff, location, and wait time are all great. I've been going to this Culver's for a good while, and I can clearly say it's really good. I've been here dozens of times and would love to go a dozen more!

One of the better fast food choices. Love the Swiss mushroom burger and the soft serve custard. Malt makes it even better. Always a winner.

10/10 on service! Charlie took our order and the rest of the team tonight was so attentive and kind I wish I caught everyone’s names! The service here is better than some of the fancy restaurants we have been to. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to stop by. Everyone’s so friendly and that’s just awesome!

As I'm writing this, I am currently sitting outside at one of the patio tables with my boyfriend and our dog, protected from the sun by an umbrella. This is our first time here and I absolutely love the service, I asked a lot of questions and kaleb was the first to help us figure out where to go with our dog. I went in to order and I asked even more questions! We ordered the bacon deluxe combo, a plain burger with extra patty, a strawberry salad, and a small sundae. Amazing food, feels good to have eaten as much as we did and not feel lethargic! We will definitely be back!

I ordered a few meals and pulled up and the sweetest girl. Her young lady came out and delivered my food and was so smiley and so kind it made my day. I think her name was Amanda. She had blonde hair and a big smile. Tell her thank you

Went to the Frankfort Culvers on Black Friday for the first time for lunch. Overall, everything was as you expect from Culvers. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Recently we were at a McDs in Chicago and it was uncharacteristically dirty for a McDs. That experience made us take notice as how clean this Culvers was. It was fairly busy but the tables were cleaned right after someone would leave and the floors were clean as well.

We saw a young lady cleaning the tables, booths, and floors and we noticed how thorough she was at her job. We made sure to pay her a compliment on our way out and saw that her name was Amanda. McDs in downtown Chicago could sure use an employee like Amanda!

Love their cod sandwiches and dinners, also cheese burgers deluxe. French fries are good but the onion rings are even better. We usually just pick up food in the drive-thru and the atmosphere is just average.

The gentleman who took our order in drive-through could not have done a better job. Polite and thorough, you would have thought he owned the business himself. Food was perfect. Seriously the best fast food experience we've ever had bar none.

I’m writing this in the lobby waiting for some fresh custard.
I wanted to mention the great work by David. I’m sure the other employees are working hard as well, but my interaction was with David, so I will comment on his work. Clearly short staffed, but I’m sure with him there it may not feel that way. Like I said, I know it is a team effort, and I didn’t see any lazy people, but he was by far the most efficient in the short time I was there.
He was the definition of service with a smile, he answered the phone, but even with his mask I could see the smile on his face, happy to help a customer with whatever they needed.
He was running outside to bring people food, doing the pass, bagging orders, and taking lobby orders. Truly a great worker, I applaud you David!

Excellent food and customer service!

Let me start out with what means the most to ME...cleanliness. I have NEVER been in a public restroom as clean as the one in this establishment. The entire restaurant was immaculate. The staff was courteous, efficient and they all had sincere smiles. They were a team. You could see they took pride in what they were doing. They were high-5'ing. I loved it! Haven't seen that kind of enthusiasm since waaaaay pre-COVID. Food was HOT!! Cooked to perfection. The staff at the Frankfort, IL Culver's, on Monday November 14th around 830pm ROCKED IT!! Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience.

Was there for lunch today and the young lady working the drive through window was probably the most customer oriented and positive person that I ever had wait on me at a drive thru. And I should mention that the drive thru staff are all wonderful to deal with and have never had a bad experience!
