McDonald's

This was a smaller McDonald's with a friendly staff. Liked the seating on one wall it was a long type sofa bench with chairs on outside so easy for us to sit together as a group.

Their mocha frappe never disappoints. Be sure to use the app to earn points and get free stuff.

I love this McDonald's. Everyone is nice and the place is clean and peaceful..

Very cool place to be. Great service clean food. You can tell a lot about a place by their restrooms. Clean inside and out. Great job to the crew.

I go to McDonald's often. Many of them. This the 1st time I've ever been told thank you, have a great day please drive safely. From the server gentleman that brought my meal out. Window cashier was kind as well. Fries were perfect

I don't live in the area however whenever I am it doesn't matter what hour of the day the service has been great!!!
I had a slight issue but it was professionally addressed in a timely matter and taking care of by Becky.

Drive-thru line is very long. So I decided I will walk in to place my order but to my surprise the gentleman told me walk in was not available because they were short staffed. Got in the car got in line place my order the gentleman was really nice. Got home was missing one of my Whopper so I called the gentleman Johnny told me not to worry but to come back and they were corrected. Went back there was a gentleman standing at the door I told him my situation he told me I got you just pull in and Park he would take care of it and he absolutely did thank you so very much for all your kindness. And keep up the good work because I know how it is when you're short staffed you did a heck of a job handling that drive-thru as well as handling my little problem.

When I do deliveries for this McDonald's they do an amazing job of getting you your order in the very nice time. There is another McDonald's not too far from this one that provides the complete opposite quality of service. I refuse to do orders from that McDonald's, but I will never refuse an order from this location. Thank you for being professional.

This is my go to. All their coffee products tastes good!
Good customer service and good location. It's the same. I like the drive thru. They have a coffee coupon every day for any kind of variation you like and its 99 cents. If you stop here once a week and spend 99 cents its ok.

We went through the drive- in with 3 people. They got all of our orders correct in a timely manner. And it was really busy. The food was hot and fresh. So i call that success!

My fries were hot and fresh. Which is amazing because when was the last time you had good fries at a McDonald's, like 1997? I will never go to a McD again, other than this one on Rt. 30 and Harlem. Also, the employees were really nice and the drive through line moved quickly.

Meal hack: want some extra food with your meal? A daily coupon with the app gives you a free happy meal with any combo. Who doesn't want a 6 piece mcnug with your cheeseburger meal. Win win!

Super polite in the drive thru, we ordered a bunch of sammies and they had us pull over to wait, but it was only a minute or two, someone came out and handed us the bags and we were set to go- then another person ran out with another sandwich. Apparently it was left behind. It was exceptional service. A+

They were wonderful here! I needed 30 gift cards in the morning during their busy time and they didn’t hesitate to help. They were quick and polite. I can’t thank them enough!

This by far is the best McDonald's I have been to. The atmosphere is cozy and staff is warm and friendly. They are not price gougers either. Will give you free sauce when you ask for it and even have BBQ sauce pumps. Other mcds want to charge you for extra sauce and only give you 2 for a 20 piece nugget. I go out my way to come here and will continue to do so!

They keep the place clean and the food is always good and hot and fresh.

My cousin recently passed. He worked at the McDonald's in Frankfort, IL for over 30 years. The manager offered to provide a meal at that location. We considered that to be a very generous and kind gesture. Please patronize this store at U.S. 30 and Harlem and mention Glenn.

Service was great, nice interior design, Food was served pretty quickly. Give these guys a raise!
