Lovely little place that still has a play area for the kids. Tables are nice. Adults can sit, eat, and watch the kids play safety.

Very appreciative of this being so local to me.

Food is standard McDonald's. No complaints, Burgers look like the photos most of the time. Service is friendly, they have the computer kiosks so not really interacting with staff.

Staff are very friendly and orders come out correct. Shout out to the janitors. They do an amazing job keeping the place clean. Another shout out to Ashlynn. She works on Fridays as a drive-through worker. Very sweet girl. Food here always tastes amazing.

Food was wonderful, delicious and fresh and I don’t have no complaints will be there again. And the customer service was wonderful thank you guys for such a warming welcoming feeling ….

I typically go to this location because of its close proximity and quick service. Everyone there is pleasant but one young lady really was so genuinely kind and helpful that I just had to let you know. You have a gem of an employee! I used to run a restaurant and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Her name was Lana I believe. Wonderful job!

Staff was wonderful. The manager on duty on 11/18 /2018 around 5 or 6 pm was outstanding very professional it was busy and the way she was directing her staff was impressive. I would hire her in a second . I wish I caught her name but she needs to be promoted and show other managers at other locations how to properly run a busy facility. This visit really impressed me . Only issue was the automated ordering I could not easily find the chicken nuggets . This is a good clean facility the play area and restrooms were well maintained. Good job management and staff keep it up

Was the only person in the drive-thru and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for 2 burgers. People came behind me and got their food promptly. When I finally went in to see what the problem was they gave me my food and I get back to work and the order was completely wrong and the food I did get was cold.

The general manager was a little disrespectful but the service from Jackson was amazing he was quick nice and respectful.

Fast accurate and their new burger recipe is so much better

I gave them 5 stars because when I ordered here on Tuesday which was the 26th, I accidentally ordered something twice and did not mean to. They were extremely nice and said it was no problem to refund me. They made sure it was okay that I got my refund in cash, which I told them it was fine to make it easier on them. They handled it professionally and fast. I was very pleased with my visit since my visit at the other location in Frankfort is not the best and I refuse to go to that one. Even though this is out of my way, it is WORTH it because of how the employees treat the customers. Maybe the manager here could teach the other Frankfort location a thing or two. The manager on duty deserves some recognition, I visited around 3:30 p.m. I wish I caught her name, but she was fantastic! I haven’t been having the best days lately and she simply made it better because of her act of kindness and professionalism. Keep doing great! This will now be my go to Mcdonald’s! No doubt.

The girl working the 1st cashier's drive thru window at 1030am today deserves some praise. In addition to providing quick service, I asked if she could grab me a couple masks because mine had fallen out at some point in the day. I had an important event to go to which required one. She happily got me a few from the back room and said don't worry about it. Its small but sometimes the smallest things make the biggest impression. Hope she gets some credit.

THE BREAKFAST BURRITO 🌯 IS REAL GOOD.

This is the only location open in this area of the loop. I used the ordering kiosk display board and my order came up very fast.
Food was hot and fresh and tasted great.
The folks working were very kind and nice to deal with. I would highly suggest grabbing a meal at this particular location of McDonald’s.

I go to McDonald's more than I care to admit, so don't worry about how I know this, but THIS McDonald's is probably the best one I've ever been to. I went through the drive through, the person who took my order was friendly, the person I gave my money to had a smile on their face, and the young lady who gave me my food was as nice as could be. I mostly go to McDonald's in the city and whew, this was a pleasantly refreshing experience!

Whoever was making breakfast at about 9:30am today (4/7), was ON POINT. Best Mcmuffin I've had in my whole life. Give that cook a raise! I've not always had great experiences at this location, but honestly, that sandwich just changed my whole outlook on life. Please tell me where I continue to review this experience! I'm thinking about getting a billboard!

The guy who was working the window 9/2 at night he was fantastic and super nice that mcdonalds need more guys like him.
