She explained everything in great detail and made my move in process seamless. This is my first time using Extra Storage. The customer was great and the process was smooth. I did not own a dolly and I asked the front desk and they provided one for free. So far this has been an wonderful experience. Also the overall facility is clean and well maintained.

While I have not yet rented space the customer service is amazing. Look forward to storing my stuff here. Edit: now that I have used their services in both moving in and out, they are wonderful. No issues that were not promptly delt with. Check out was easier then it states on the website.

Employees were kind enough to mention that there was a more desirable climate controlled unit available so I may choose it if I prefer, which I did. Was a very kind thought and much appreciated.
