I feel weird for making this review considering that I don’t get my doodle until next week but I’m definitely coming here! My neighbor got Chloe groomed last Friday and I have never seen her look so good! And I’m obsessed with her butterfly hair bows her groomer gave her! Definitely making an appointment to see Nima (I know I butchered the name. I am so sorry!)

Lucy is 7 yr old Pom lots of hair this was the best grooming I ever had for Lucy. Don’t know what the lady’s name is who groomed Lucy but she has done most amazing job. Also I locked my keys in the car the two ladies came out to help me I had no phone to call anyone they took care of me. What an amazing experience and customer service!
Can’t wait to see you all again. Great recommendation from my friend!

This was my first visit and although it’s a first come first serve basis waiting was well worth it. Everyone is well versed and professional about our pets care. All services was well explained and performed in a very timely manner. Thanks Care-A-Lot

I cannot speak highly enough about the daycare and boarding staff at Care-A-Lot Pet Supply in Oyster Point. My dog, Glade, has been going here for daycare and boarding since we moved to VA in 2019. They take incredible care of her in all ways and even go above and beyond. Her most recent visit to boarding she started showing signs of gastric upset and they called me immediately. I was out of town but a staff member took her to her own vet, explained the situation, got her medication, and administered the medication over the weekend while feeding her an in-house diet of chicken and rice. I called every morning and evening for updates and they were kind and caring and explained everything that happened with Glade that day. I would never trust anyone else to take care of her the way Care-A-Lot does. Worth every single penny and more.

Niemia, is the best groomer that we have ever used. My dogs hate getting there nails clipped , but she got them used to the clippers so easily.

So glad Virginia and Nyema are back!!! I started coming to Care A Lot about 2 years ago when we PCS’d Over from Germany Nyema was the one grooming my dog And she always did an amazing job, Unfortunately, she had left Care A Lot, but passed me on to another groomer named Virginia, but before she left, she assured me that Virginia would do an amazing job and care about Mr. Huckleberry And she was everything that she described, and his haircuts always turned out great, and then Virginia left! We got another groomer and hook still looked good, but not like he’d usually looked, which is fine because I understand every groomer has a different style and then that groomer left and we got someone else at that. I didn’t even recognize Huck he looked so bad. He usually comes back fluffy with a super round head and I just wasn’t getting that and he would come home sometimes still stinky so I decided to part ways with Care A Lot at that point a month ago I happened to come in to pick up some dog food, just happen to look in the salon and I see Nyema and Virginia. I got him an appointment the second I checked out and I am so happy to report. He looks like my baby again! Care A Lot, you made a good choice taking them back you’ve just gained a client back!!!!!

Our new addition. Got kitten milk and collar. I love this place they have everything for any kind of animals. And since my fiancé cuts down trees, I pretty live there during this time of year. Taking care of baby squirrels.

Care-A-Lot is awesome, the people who work there are also awesome, always so friendly! It can either be a one stop shop or you can be there for hours!!! 😎

This is the only pet store that I go to! There prices are much more affordable although they sell the same high quality items. The staff are always willing to help. I love the events that they have, the discount veterinarian services, and the different promotions.

Amazing customer service! My dog got a couple toys and was so happy!!! Always a positive experience for my memaw especially, who goes there regularly.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. I brought them both of my dog's medical records in shambles and the young lady sifted through all of it to ensure my dogs were getting all the shots they needed. That took real patience and dedication and I really appreciate that. The medical staff was awesome as well and they saved us money. Definitely worth the drive to Newport news from Suffolk.

Although I found the price on dog beds to be a little high, I purchased one for my new rescue. My last two beds also came from the store, with 9-1/2 years of satisfaction ongoing. Upon leaving store, with my wheelchair handicapped guest, I loaded the chair in back of my truck and dropped something on ground. When I got home, I called back to store, which was closed, and got hold of mgr., who went out and found my item. She immediately called me back, after having found item. What a great example of going out for your customers also. Many thanks and I will continue to shop there.

We've been going to the doggy daycare for months and it is an absolute game changer. Everyone is so nice and it is good value for everything they do. This is the highlight of our pup's week.

Always enjoy looking at all the different things we can get for our "little girl" Priscilla Sue (aka Prissy). Y'all have the best variety in stock on the Peninsula. Staff are always courteous & friendly.

Literally has everything thing you need for your pets. Grooming, daycare and boarding plus more. It’s great and I definitely will shop here more often. It’s always nice when everything you need is in one spot.
