Starbucks

Looks like a little hole in the wall, but it's a Starbucks. We had to use the bathroom when you were here ordered drinks very clean store. Employees were nice got our drinks and back on the road.

I went in for my free drink today and Kathy was so friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned my drink wasn't hot enough, she cheerfully made another! Superb customer service and I appreciated every second of it. . .

Nice and quiet with friendly service. I love the vault area to set up laptop and do homework away from my busy home environment. Not impressed with the breakfast sandwiches but the coffee is good.

Very cool location. Remodeled an old bank and kept the vault and vault door.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will be going to this location again.

We were from out of town and very disoriented and Damon was the kindest barista I’ve ever encountered. Extremely helpful and perfect coffee.

This store boasts friendly, courteous baristas. I visited at 4:30 when you would think the foot traffic would be increased. However due to the location, the line in the drive-thru was extended but inside I had no wait. The floor could have used a sweeping, but I was very pleased overall with the service, drink, and appearance of the shop.

Had to remind them of a topping a few times, but other than that, they're very fast and considerate!

We stopped here on our way home from North Carolina to Maryland, and the staff was super kind. In addition, the aesthetic of the old bank was super cool yet inviting. Afton in particular made our drinks perfectly and was super great and kind. Hope to stop by again someday!

Refreshers are becoming hit or miss....mostly miss.....taste like water.

I brought my daughter here to work on a paper. I ordered drinks for us but gave the incorrect order. I should have ordered iced but I got a hot mocha. I was just going to have the girl throw it in ice because it was my fault but she knew that would be gross and made my daughter a new drink instea. Thank you for being so a awesome!!!

I went to another starbucks this morning and they made the drink horribly or just gave me the completely wrong drink and it is my fault for not noticing until I get all the way to work but luckily this location was willing to remake the drink for me and they made it perfectly 😍 thank you for the great customer service!

Ok Mercury store is my bestie, but j Clyde is stepping up there game and I'm liking it !!!! Love the little notes puts a smile on my face !!! Just need Grafton to pick up there game !!! Mercury and j Clyde get the star reviews not the other store

Friendly staff, nice environment. There is a bank vault you can reserve for some privacy.

Pretty much a regular here! The teams are so nice. I love their wall of kindness with the heart sticky notes and positive messages. They've been getting busier with the increase of traffic in the area and mobile orders, but they stay on top of all the orders.

I love going to Starbucks on J.Clyde Morris Blvd. It’s in my neighborhood and I am in there weekly. I get greeted by my name when I walk in the door and told that my chai tea will be right up. In this day and age with all of the chain restaurants and coffee shops it’s rare to get such friendly and personal service.

Great service and no dripping coffee. The drive thru associates was attractive also.

My order is simple, but often gets messed up on a single line of instruction. First time I've been to this Starbucks in Years. Not only was it made right the first time with no fuss, and just simple perfection. The young lady who made my order is absolutely outstanding at her job.

Stopped in on way home 🏡 from work. Went inside as I always do (I dislike the drive thru idea).
Asked for medium coffee ☕ received a cold medium coffee ☕, conveyed it to her itnwas cold and she responded that the coffee ☕ was probably old and she would make a new pot,... the replacement coffee ☕ was hot, but very strong as if it wasn't finished the brew cycle.
This is common issue (cold coffee, super strong, or colored water) that I have noticed in numerous stores in the local area and at a national level.
Does Starbucks have a training issue, need more coffee ☕ pots/brewers,... dedicated person just to make coffee?, more staff members?,...
The type of coffees ☕ I have received would what I'd expect from convenience 🏪 store.
Glad I didn't go through the drive thru otherwise I'd have driven off with cold coffee.
Wonder how many others have the same experiences?

Can I just say I loved this Starbucks and the people that worked there today were so nice and friendly! You could feel the good vibes and atmosphere there!!! As a cancer patient I don’t look that good but I had nice people compliment me and it meant the world to me!!!

Employees have always gotten our drink orders correct on the first try at this location. The staff always seem to be jovial and polite. It is an easy location to get through, however the parking lot and drive-thru are a bit clustered compared to some other locations in the area. It is definitely worth it though to have your order made correctly and by such a friendly staff. I have not been inside this particular location, so this review is based SOLELY on multiple drive-thru experiences at this time.
