Wings of Lace Boutique

I love this store! Every time I visit Colorado I make sure I visit Nederland. Most of my clothes come from this store. Beautiful patterns, fabrics and styles that are hard to find anywhere else. I can’t wait to see what they have this year. Not sure about these folks who said they were not treated well. I have always had a great experience and been happy with my clothes!

Happened upon this little shop on Monday when my daughter-in-law and I went on a day trip. Amazing beautiful clothing. Elizabeth was working. Such a wonderful amazing person. I found myself a gorgeous new outfit and wish I could of bought one of everything! This is certainly going to be one of our favorite places to go from now on.

We visited Nederland in October, 2017. I wandered into this amazing shop and wanted one of everything! (And of course, I couldn't do that.) So I went back at least four times before deciding. Wonderful quality and super nice staff and owner. I will go back whenever I can!

Best mountain boutique! I just have to go here once every 6 weeks or so. Adorable clothes, one of a kind scarves and so much more!

Beautiful vintage clothes, and I saw beautiful outfits to buy but didn't because of the rude saleswoman wearing sunglasses.

First off, no one greeted anyone who entered but not big deal.

Second and the reason we left and didn't buy what we wanted. My daughter was trying on a necklace and the woman yelled at her not to do that. Your mommy doesn't want to pay $97 for a necklace insinuating that I can't even afford it and how did she know I wouldn't have bought that for my daughter (see that she gets everything she wants from her Grandpa) my father was out to spend money on my mom, daughter, and myself. So, that woman missed out on a sale of probably over $500 instead we took our business elsewhere.

I can't stand women who act like the actresses in pretty woman when Sandra Bullock went shopping on rodeo drive.

Was prepared to spend money here as my mother and I both saw several things we liked. However, after the person working and 2 patrons verbally accosted us for having coffee in our hands this place now has left such a disgusting taste in my mouth. Keep in mind if there was a sign visible I would have known. My mom even offered to throw hers away. Point blank you work in a tourist town be nice to tourists. I’m not some little kid licking an ice cream cone I’m a 35 year old with a latte.

We have been coming to Nederland for many summers. One of favorite places to shop has always been Wings of Lace. Over the years, we've spent hundreds of dollars here. We look forward to visiting with the lovely Caribbean woman who is often working there. Yesterday, we excitedly entered the store and immediately were greeted with rude and condescending remarks from an unfamiliar sales clerk. We were stunned! We looked at one another, turned around and walked out. Sadly, this store missed out on our business. We will not be returning.
