I purchased a game and arrived damage and the staff there with great customer service help me with all my needs and got the disc exchange correctly and that one worked. They're also very knowledgeable in gaming as I am not

This is my go-to GameStop in the Coachella Valley. The entire staff has always been engaging and helpful, and most recently Victoria was an amazing help for questions I had about pre-orders and sales. They usually have a better selection that the Palm Desert GameStop, as well.

Really amazing customer service! Victoria and her manager Tiffany went above and beyond to make me the most happiest customer and made me look at GameStop in a whole new way these employees best I’ve ever seen.

They know how to run this store. The game associate Ryan is very knowledgeable and wants to ensure you have the best gaming experience you can have. Staff put alot of work into it recently and you can tell from the interactions I've had with that they truly enjoy working there. Very appreciative of every customer they have coming thru thier doors.

I go here for all my games and accessories the staff is great there patient with me I've even made a friend with one of the people that works here everyone here is kind and it's the best experience I've had at a game store

Had one employee be a bit misleading about the amount of points I had or would earn. Had one employee forget to put the disc into the case, but I caught that before I left. But both cases seemed innocent. The general atmosphere is great. Employees are helpful and good-natured, enthusiastic, and friendly. Buying used games is usually a good experience.

This gamestop is amazing! One of my favorite! Team is always super engaging and helpful. Very well informed on product.

Based on customer service alone this store should get 10 stars. They really go out of their way to be helpful and they really know their stuff. Yeah, I hear people complain about trade in values, but that's just based on simple supply and demand, and has nothing to do with how excellent this store is. Video games are expensive no matter where you buy them so why not but them from a store who really does care? My son had several questions, and they competently, patiently and kindly answered each one. Way to go, guys!

During these times it's pretty tough for retail workers and the like. With that being said the associates here were great! Friendly and helpful as hell! For sure a returning customer

Employees are almost always pleasant, I've only ever encountered one unpleasant person. They're always willing to find what you're looking for. Always knowledgeable. Good selection.

I am not familiar with video games and had gone in for a gift for someone, the clerk went above and beyond to help me and explain the games and limited edition merchandise that would be special for avid gamer fans. I was grateful and impressed and the gift was a huge hit. 👏

The person who was working today around 1pm really went above and beyond! I didn’t catch their name, if I recall they had a Kirby T-Shirt on, black with Japanese text... Anyhow, I had a mishap with the Bowser’s Fury pre-order posters last month at another location, & didn’t get my posters. I showed him my GameStop preorder receipt, he went in the back, actually had one last set of posters, and hooked me up! Amazing customer service! I got another Switch game while I was there, just on the strength of that customer service experience. Thanks again!

This is store was great. I went there for Black Friday and, despite an above average number of customers, there were still capable of providing exceptional service, informing us about the best deals and new releases and keeping the waiting times to low levels

The staff at GameStop LA Quinta were great. They helped with an issue I was having with my PS4. Then they helped my upgrade to a PS5
