This place is really busy in yh morning I advise ordering a head and keep checking on your order l, my order was ready and was just setting there because I didn't hear my name if they did really called it out.
The bathroom has no shelf to put your thing on so it is bad, I hope they would consider

A comfortable coffee shop closer to Old Town La Quinta. Lots of parking.

This coffee spot sits in a gorgeous location and features a stunning building inside as well as out. The staff are pretty cool and are very patient with novice coffee drinkers.

Just to let you know the new store opened just today I believe. looking forward to sitting on the patio and enjoying a drive-thru at times at this location.

Had a cup of coffee at our awesome Starbucks. Our local law enforcement hosted a cool event this morning, they work hard to keep our children and community safe. It is nice when they make time to chat with us...☕❤

This is a new Starbucks and I like the layout…. Very open and spacious…. Today was super busy as it was the morning of coachella…. So keep away during that period… but otherwise it has a fast drive Thru and friendly staff.

They're usually pretty fast at this location, even though it can get quite busy in the morning and on weekends.

Order from the app to make your life easier!

Only comment to the staff would be to keep orders together a bit better. A hot drink shouldn't be ready for an unwarmed pastry.

Other than that, great and consistent experience here!

I am in love with take Dragon Drink! It’s a bit on the sweet side, so don’t order it if you don’t like sweet drinks! My dog really likes the little pieces of Dragon Fruit, too!

The early AM crew is the best around- friendly folks who often greet me by name. Quality is relatively consistent at this location which is all you can really ask of a Starbucks. Convenient location for cove dwellers on their way to work.

Drive through was not open on a Sunday morning and there were a ton of customers due to an event in the area. 15 minute wait, but the staff was calm, collected, and professional. They handled the chaos very well.

This is the BEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO. It is big, plenty of nice seating outside and inside, the staff is fast, friendly, and very organized. Every time I have come I get my drink super fast! Like less than 2 min fast! It is insane! It is never very crowded either, awesome place to meet up with friends.

This Starbucks is great! The people are awesome, I was greeted right away by all of them saying welcome! I felt attended to ! Also they were very helpful in all my questions. They all smiled and it’s pretty huge inside. Has a nice cornered living space for a gathering, it’s very roomy. I will definitely stop by this location every time I’m in town ! Thanks guys!

I work down the street from this Starbucks so I’m there almost everyday! The customer service is awesome! They always make me feel welcomed and make my drinks just the way I like them. Peter is so nice! And loves to interact with the customers, love this team. THANK YOU❤

I walked in and every employee and I mean ever single one said hello it was a very warm welcome! They made my drink to perfection! All credit to the baristas, people can be very picky with their drinks but they got it under control ! Love this place A++ , it can be quite packed at times but that's about it. Order in app is great for this location they make sure to have it done quick! One time they forgot to turn their app off as they had just closed I pulled up to the store and he had made the drink after hours and waited for me outside to give me the drink . They did not have to do that ! Keep in mind it was 9pm and my order had some how made it after closing hours !

So elated we have a drive through in LQ now! Great service, quickly move through the line and superbly made drinks. I hit this particular Sbx several times a week, not only for the close proximity, but they make the tastiest drinks I have ever had at ANY Starbucks BY FAR. It's the best store in the valley!

I've come here almost everyday since the new opening of the drive-thru store and I am going to be completely honest: this store is struggling, but not for the reason you think. I love every single employee here, have never had an issue with my drink, and the atmosphere is amazing. Although it is important to mention that the wait time for my drink 80% of the time is 30-40 minutes.

That is NOT normal. This location is always packed, which is why I am telling you to drive a mere 5 more minutes to the next Starbucks ( if you are in a rush) so you can have a faster experience, and the employees can avoid a nasty attitude and complaints about the wait-time.

I must say that I have witnessed 100+ embarrassing, angry, trashy attitudes form THE CUSTOMERS, which in turn makes for a pretty lousy environment for both the customers and the workers. If you have a lousy and impatient attitude, avoid this store and take it out on something else, such as bettering your poor attitude.

This store VERY RECENTLY transitioned from a small cafe with no drive-thru, to a large store with a drive-thru at the heart of La Quinta Cove.
Please give them some slack, they have 9+ employees and are still backed up 30+ minutes.

This Starbucks is my favorite as the staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. They are fast to take and make your order, and are willing to make changes on the fly if you should need them while your order is being created. Only wish I could give more than 5 stars.
