I always know I'm getting the very best quality products with Natural Healing House. A few of my favorites are the Cacao Nibs, Estrella toothpaste and mouthwash, and the Supernuts Pistachio Mulberry Granola - awesome!

they dont respond to product or shipping issues. week later and im still wating for a response on my missing package. however they send me sale emails, processed the order i placed pending the replacement of the missing shipped items. looking into other suppliers

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering but at least I did get a response by email (twice) and it says my product was delivered today (I am not home) I ordered it 2 weeks ago and got an order confirmation but no shipping information was forthcoming so I emailed them after a week and was told the product was out of stock despite the online status saying it was in stock. I asked why I wasn't notified as this is a supplement I take daily and would now need to have it expedited from another vendor. Mr. Agati responded and asked if I would like to cancel my order and I said, "yes" since I already had to order another bottle. I kept checking my account for a refund and then 3 days ago I received a notice that my order had shipped! Really poor customer service. Avoid.

The Cleansing Time product is dried up, seems old. On the product container it says to "follow directions", there are no directions included. Very disappointed

The raw pecans I recently purchased were almost too rancid to eat. I'll never buy from this outfit again. A decent pecan vendor never sells rancid nuts.

Natural Healing House indicated that both products were in stock and the quantity, so I ordered. The items were out of stock for years, yet they charged my credit card anyway. In the "order notes" on the order form, I indicated not to backorder, but cancel and email if in fact it was out of stock. I emailed the company twice with no response. I finally was able to reach someone in the sales dept who claimed he would process the credit. I am waiting for this to happen. If they do not refund my money by tomorrow, I will file a fraud complaint with my bank. I will never order from Natural Healing House again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered item which was on “back order”. Cancelled after waiting several weeks. I was told I would get a refund. This is not a joke…..eight months later and still no refund. Talked to someone through email multiple times that said the refund was on its way. Absolutely terrible!!!! They will take your money and run. You have been strongly warned by myself and others….read reviews. Do yourself a favor and move on unless you don’t mind giving money to people for literally nothing in return. I don’t know how people like this can live with themselves, total scums of the earth!

Placed an order 10 days ago and it's still showing that it has not been shipped. Contacted the company through 2 emails and 2 phone calls and keep getting a different story about why it's taking so long. Last phone call when I said I wanted to cancel the order the rep told me it had already shipped but couldnt provide tracking info abd still haven't received it. Do NOT order from this company.

This is the second time I’ve had issues with this company not sending a product I ordered. I had ordered from them for a few years and no issues until now. all of a sudden they just decided they aren’t going to deliver my items. For all of those having issues of not getting your money back: go directly to the bank and ask for a chargeback. It’s fraud for them to charge u for something and then not send it

DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a simple bottle of supplements from this company. They willingly took my money and after one week of no contact and many emails I contacted them through PayPal since I purchased through PayPal. They then contacted me and said my supplements would be shipped that next week. Still nothing a week later. I have escalated the purchase through PayPal in hopes to get reimburse. DO NOT BUY from this company unless you want to be ripped off.
