I recently had the pleasure of working with Patti during my storage move, and I must say that her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding.

Patti demonstrated a deep understanding of my storage needs and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled efficiently. She provided clear instructions and valuable insights to make the move as smooth as possible. Her knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process.

What impressed me the most was Patti's took note that I was hot and sweating and brought me a fan to help me.

Furthermore, Patti's professionalism was exceptional. She handled any questions or concerns promptly, and her friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable.

Patti was very friendly and very helpful and polite. My wife and I have had the storage unit for 8 years and had to move out due to it being our Moms belongings. She just passed on GOOD FRIDAY and Patti was so gracious!! Thank you and have a BLESSED DAY!!

The storage facility is very nice and clean. It is very convenient to access. The whole experience however, is totally worth it because of Patti who runs the place. She is delightful and helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.

This is the best storage facility in the area! It’s clean, well organized and easy to get into and out of. The new manager Patti is a wonderful person to work with; pleasant, efficient and very professional!! I would use istorage on Placida again without hesitation !
