I went here twice during my roadtrip from Virginia to Maine and just wow! Not only were they friendly and professional, but also got me in and out as quick as possible at a good price compared to other shops. Dan was fantastic and even showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and taught me a few things! I love this shop and if I lived in the area, I’d be a regular. You can confidently take your vehicle here and trust that they will get the job done. Thanks again for the great service VIP!

Finding a place to take my car to has always been an anxiety inducing experience. Will they charge too much, say it needs work it doesn’t need, take too long, be grumpy, etc… the list goes on and on. A couple of weeks ago I called one garage and the person on the line was just simply rude. I then called VIP in Biddeford and a lovely man named Jim answered. He was pleasant and happy to help. When I arrived and waited for my car I was impressed with the customer service granted to everyone that walked in the door or called. Today I brought my son’s car and both Jim and the manager Dan were fabulous. It’s a relief to know I don’t have to look for a garage anymore.

I could not be happier with my experience at this VIP location - Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me safely get my car back on the road in working order. Inspection, oil change and new tires. Supper fast and helpful and really liked the ability to schedule online. Also like the availability of seeing where my car was in the process. Will definitely. be a return customer

I showed up at the Biddeford location at opening in a panic. I had a hole in my tire and needed to be in Portsmouth by 9am. Lawrence greeted me, took a look at the problem, and got me right in. Less than 30 minutes later I was on the road. These guys have earned my business. 5 stars for friendly, efficient service!

I recently switched VIP locations to Biddeford and I am so glad I did! They give great service, they don’t cancel appointments on you or “over book”, and are always super friendly. I personally have purchased and had tires put on, and had my State inspection at this location and will continue to go back!

Great customer service. A few days ago I went to get a pre-buy check on a car, they were slammed and understaffed with inspections and break issues, but Lawrence came out and inspected the car anyway for me for free. Really went above and beyond I super appreciate it.

Lawrence is the assistant manager at the Biddeford location. It was very busy when I came in. A lady asking questions about tires, someone calling asking when their car was going to be ready, another person coming in to pick up their car…Lawerence or took the time to work with me on updating my registration for an inspection sticker as it had expired the week before. He kept a cool demeanor the whole time I was in the shop and even printed my registration confirmation so that I could proceed with the inspection.
Will be back because of his customer service. Cool guy too 😎!

Never had a better experience trying to get an oil change before! First business I’ve been to that hasn’t tried to upsell or been made to feel unwelcome. I’ve been to VIP in Biddeford twice this week for oil changes on both vehicles and loved both experiences. All employees met on both days were kind with good senses of humor. Thanks Dan and Jim!

Service was excellent and very flexible. I realized I had a puncture in my back left tire and Lawrence, the shop supervisor, at the Biddeford Location worked to get me in and patched up immediately, even though it was close to closing time. He even took the time to explain to me my perks of the tire plan I purchased months earlier that I had no idea about! On top of that he spent the time to tell me about the style and patch they applied. Needless to say, they went out of their way to help a customer in need at the last minute. I will definitely be visiting this location from now on.

Hard to find the words to express how grateful I am to VIP Biddeford, Maine. I am from Montreal, Canada and discovered that I had a break line leak. I was in a panic as I was to return to Montreal the following day. Lawrence J was so kind and reassuring. He did warn me that it was likely the break lines were corroded. Lawrence messaged me every step of the way sending pictures. They managed to do the job within the day and I was able to return home to Montreal safely. Bless Lawrence J and the team of mechanics at VIP Biddeford Maine. I highly recommend them to all my Canadian & Biddeford friends. Merci beaucoup!

So VIP Biddeford was soo helpfull today...I was away from home n needed a tire balanced on my 2011 chevy Rado..They fit me in for an app. in less than 2 hours...The appointment didn't take 20 minutes,where they found 2 tires that needed balancing..I couldn't be more satisfied..Thanx guys......Josh.

Out of town, extremely hot and air conditioning went! They were so helpful, went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Friendly, professional and would highly recommend them.

I went in for the yearly inspection, knowing something wasn’t going to pass. When I found out what had to be fixed and the cost my stomach jumped to my throat. With that being said, Dan was absolutely amazing with his customer service. Showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. It put my mind at ease on how quickly they could get my car fixed and road legal! So grateful for Dan and the team for great support.

I had an emergency with my car as it made some weird noises, and I was unsure what was happening. I immediately contacted VIP Tires at 7:30 am, and they advised me to come right away. I am very grateful to Cleighton Cain for doing an excellent job. He resolved the issue with extreme professionalism. Everyone at VIP Tires was friendly, and when my car was fixed, I felt relieved and happy to drive to work! I am thankful for such fantastic service! I recommend them to my friends and family!
