Super busy, took a little time to order, but understandable seeing how busy they were. Staff was super nice, and fast. Chicken and roasted pepper wrap is awesome.

Great coffee as always. Friendly staff is getting ready for Christmas, having fun while working. So refreshing!

Need more staff and less kiosk

Lizzy has awesome customer service and was very kind to me and my mother gave us both a good laugh give this girl a raise she definitely works hard and is really good at her job

They are one of the Dunkin Donuts that stays on top of keeping their coffee fresh. Some other dunks don't change their coffee if it has been sitting a long time but this one always does. They get my coffee right 99% of the time and the 1% of the time they make a mistake they fix it immediately. The employees are always friendly.

Got an iced coffee. Not bad quality for 11 o clock at night. Went through the drive-thru, the gentleman that took my order was friendly and the coffee was correct. Based on this visit alone I would give it 5 stars

I don't know the lady's name but she was very helpful in trying to find us a motel room.

Used tp go every day at least 3 times. Not no more.. it takes way too long.. lunch is over before you can get through the line.
They gotta do the thing where ya go inside for large orders again

This has always been by local Dunkin location, and I have never had a bad experience or order. ButoBut after ordering to the wrong Biddeford location this morning, the nicest man took my order at the pickup location for me. He was in a mid-morning rush and yet spent that time and effort, so thank you!

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the past 18 months since I first moved to Biddeford, Maine. There is another Dunkin Donuts that is only a quarter mile away from my apartment but I drive to this one instead, which is about 4 miles away. I come to this one for many reasons. They have fantastic people working there. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. The customer service is also 5 star! The manager, and the Assistant Manager, Amethyst, are really great, if something wasn't right they are happy to help. Amethyst gave me 2 free muffins for 2 days cuz I went last week and talked to her about my food order not being right 2x that week. She apologized and gave me a free muffin then, and she said tell them tomorrow I said to give you another free.
I just had to go back in because my coffee wasn't made right and Amethyst gave me three days of free coffees!!! This is the best Dunks I ever been to. The employees are amazing and really friendly. Highly recommend.

This location is always clean, the crowd is favorable, and the baristas are hard working and always professional. Most definitely will keep going here for my weekly coffees.

We were visiting the area and this was our coffee stop the whole time. Never had an issue and our coffee was always right. Friendly staff too.

Had no choice the ex Amy Lynn Chapman was the manager in Biddeford Walmart's keyosk..... Sadly she gave a true meaning to #DunkinPerks... just wasn't with me.... 💔💔💔💔💔

Always clean, staff helpful and efficient. Definitely better than other Dunkin Donuts I've been to
