Dunkin'

Beautiful store. Donuts were on display and clearly labeled. The drink was amazing and the staff were friendly, efficient, and quick.

Not sure how the store on the other end of town that has horrible service and no donuts in display has a better rating than this store but somehow it does.

Super friendly & skilled staff :) That make going there a pleasant experience Always, and will gladly correct any wrong orders. Be kind if they do mess anything up.

This staff is always friendly and helpful. My order is always ready for me when I Come to pick it up on the app. They make me feel like i'm an important customer.

I love my coffee. But I like going in and getting it. But they close the doors at 5:00. So you have to go to the drive-through. And it can feels like it takes for ever. They need to open the lobby a little bit longer.

I'll rate based on service of employees as the employees can't be faulted for the quality of dunkins products, they just follow the rules.

Every time I've come to this location the employees have been nice and welcoming, the service is almost always fast. I enjoy some things from dunkin and like to try new things as well but the things I do like are always made correctly. Overall this location is a good location

P.S. their new coconut refreshers kinda suck, they taste a bad kind of sour, and I like sour things

I traveled to Maine on vacation and liberty was amazing great job to the staff and liberty she was on point and really nice. My coffee wasn't right but liberty was there to save the day well done.

Even when you speak slowly and clearly you still have to read the tickets to make sure you get the right coffee lol but they try

DUNKIN DONUTS IN SACO IS GREAT. FAST GREAT STAFF AND IM AT THE DRIVE THRU RITE NOW AT 8:38am ,ATLEAST 10 CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND I WAS PLACING MY ORDER AFTER 3MIN & 24 SECONDS OF GETTING IN LINE. THE WORKERS ARE MOVING FAST AND THAT IS GREAT CONSIDERING THE SHORTAGE OF WORKERS EVERYWHERE THESE DAYS

Love Dunks! This spot is so often overlooked because of the entrance, but that just means no lines for your coffee and donut fixes. The bathroom was clean, as was everything else.

No matter the time of day.. no matter the shift change... They all remember their returning customers... Love them all. Half the time they already know what I'm gonna order & try to have it ready. 😊 Big hugs to them all for keeping a smile . Hollis Dunkin donuts is my first stop every morning.& Then Biddeford dunkins . 😊

Okay other then the fact they don't cook the bacon n snack they have to give them to you cold. Never heard such a thing

I go here every day sometimes twice a day staff is great always friendly makes my coffee just right every day. My only complaint is they need to bring back more bagel options

There was a good selection of coffee drinks to choose from. The service was not so good. My order was wrong twice in one visit. Not very organized when busy.

Staff great...better than near hospital one as they have no pride in correct orders. Sure do miss Charlene (Charlie) at Spruce location. Christine (Chris) absolute sweetheart!!

Was greeted by a rude little girl who gave us dirty looks for interrupting her cell phone use. we walked out and went to another Dunkin' Donuts
