Bojangles

We got there later in the evening on a Friday. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were so patient when I couldn't figure out what to get. The young man at the register listened to me talk about going to Bojangles years and years ago. We were the only customers there, and as each of the staff left their shift, they stopped by to say goodnight and to wish us safe travels. I had my hands full as I was leaving, and the lady in the kitchen came out to hold the door for me. What amazing customer service! We left before closing time, but it was close. We were never rushed. To the Management -you should be proud of your staff. Oh and the food was great! 😊

Been to this place a few times when I would have to come work in Charlottesville, the food's has always been great, service was fast and those saugage biscuits were incredible

Seminole Trail location, food is always fresh, hot and worth the cost. I'm willing to drive out of my way to visit this location😊

Well....today (7/25) wasn't a good experience. Hard, extra crispy, overcooked tenders🙁🤦🏽‍♀

Very fast service food was hot and good

bojangles is one of my favorites, it is one of the best in chicken, my favorites are the supremes, I wish it to continue like this and thank you for the very delicious cookies

Ordered food from this location today. Everything was cooked well and tasted great!

The employee taking the order had excellent customer service skills. The employee that gave me the food at the drive-thru window had excellent customer service skills, as well. Both employees we're diligent and making sure the order was correct. I really appreciated that.

I felt a very warm welcome at this restaurant today and it was very apparent, that they were doing a great job here.

Clerk was friendly, hot food was hot and salads were cold and fresh. Would visit again.

The fact that they greet you with the whole "It's Bo Time" thing, really makes you feel like this isn't going to be your average fast food drive thru experience, even though it most certainly will be. You give them money and you usually get the food you ordered. And you don't even have to get out of your car.

The manager and staff were pleasant, helpful, and very kind. The food was prepared to order and they were very adjusting to our needs.

This post was almost going to be a bad post. But, thanks to Richard he changed my mind. Yesterday 2/2/22 was my parents 70th wedding anniversary. They wanted Bojangles chicken. So I went there and ordered. Almost $70. Worth of food. Asked for plates forks and napkins also. I got to the window to pay the girl at the window was not very nice. Like she couldn't wait for me to leave. I tried to ask was everything I ordered in the box. But she had closed the window and I couldn't ask. So this man standing back helping out seen me trying to get information he rushed to the window and asked if He could help me. I asked him if everything was in the box. He then asked his employees who just packed the box they said yes everything is there. So i left. When I got to my parents home and looked inside going through things I realized they didn't give me everything. They didn't put in all the sides I had asked for not did they put in the plates napkins and forks. I called the location and talked to a younger male. He did nothing but make things worse. He said to stop by and get them next time I am out . Then he rudely hung up. i tried to call back 3 times no answer. Then a call came to me from the same number. I spoke to Richard. Told him everything and he took it upon himself to fix the matter. He actually brought the the items that was missing to me and made mom and dads anniversary dinner a success. So I give them 5 stars only for Richard's kindness and compassion for going above and beyond to fix this issue. Oh and yes the food was delicious also.

I liked the large seasoned fries that were almost as thick and wide as steak fries. I love real country ham and was glad to see biscuits with it offered. By the way, the biscuits were very nice, too. Very friendly staff. I was traveling and may never pass this way again, but my experience here means I won't hesitate to try other Bojangles locations.

Had a bad experience with your Pantops location but your DM made everything great again...stopped at your location...it was wonderful..great food ..great service...thx for caring for your customers

Quick and excellent service for drive thru!

These were the best biscuits that I have ever had in my entire life! They were large and fluffy full of air and flavor and a welcomed end to a long day. That's enough right there but I'll go on to talk about the staff who was so friendly and didn't mind at all that we bought two boxes of food. They packed it gently and with care and good conversation match.

Did I mention that they through in a couple of additional items but didn't have to. That was icing on the cake of biscuits that I already bought.

The food was so delicious that we went back in for a half dozen of boberry biscuits to top off the order.

Customer service is everything. Keep your customers coming back for just the professional and courteous service. Mistakes happen. Attitude should stay outside. Your customers are what keeps the place operating. Understand people need to work, but why work if you can only respect the dollar?

I go for the fried chicken and biscuits yet some biscuits aren’t as good like the sausage or pork chop biscuits. The chicken biscuits on the other hand can’t be beat IMO. Not too greasy and doesn’t weigh you down and make you tired like Chick Fila. The Bo’s boxes are great too especially with the sweet tea, even tho the boxes can be tad pricey, the large sides make it worth it. All in all it’s the best chicken biscuits I’ve ever had, best green beans, best dirty rice, and close to the best fried chicken I’ve ever had

I tried to order on the website, four times, and it locked up every time. Frustrated and mad, I called in my order. The manager was super nice, and equally impressive. I rolled up to the drive-thru, said my name, and got everything I wanted. If I could give her 6-stars, I would.

I've been to this location several times and the result is always the same. The food is good, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly.
