Harbor Freight Tools

I want to leave separate reviews for the product we bought and immediately had to return and the helpful customer service individuals who we dealt with, but I can't. As a result, this review is only about Zach and Kyle at store 135.

Zach and Kyle both went above and beyond being helpful for us. They were experts, friendly, and supportive. They exhibited professionalism and knowledge. If this is what their work ethic usually looks like, either would be excellent candidates for advancement.

This place is exceptional. The quality, variety and great deals here make it a great place to wander around and find a few things you never knew you needed lol. Plus the staff friendliness factor is a big bonus!

The staff was outstanding! Amazing customer service! Told me about deals going on! Kyle the supervisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy customer. Will definitely be back to this location!

Nice staff. OK products for the price..some very good bargains and well made...some just junk. However, have never had a problem returning any item, with zero complaint. Have to be selective but much is pretty decent. Will continue to shop there especially for expendable supplies.

Obviously a recent (?) change in management and a more polite/engaged staff. Much improved over previous experiences. Bad neighborhood but worth a visit. Tools of good quality at reasonable prices.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I didn't get his name and I assume he is a manager, but he always makes sure you get help if you need and is super friendly! Great store and always happy to go there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Curtis handles the place very well. Easy to find what we need and of course, don’t forget the coupons.

I didn't have the best experience with the scissor jack it's self, but the customer service from Alexx was up and beyond what many workers do. Not only did he help me look up online when I asked him, but when I got the wrong size and came back to switch it out, he found the conversion online without me asking so when I got there I knew what I needed. 10/10 a great employee.

I Love this place. Years ago, Harbor Freight was a store full of cheap and poorly made tools, but over the past decade or so they have made huge improvements in the quality of their products. They're still cheap, and you may find a poorly made tool or product here and there, but most of their stuff is pretty well made these days. Not to mention they keep a lot of specialty tools in stock that you won't find anywhere else. Not in stock anyway. Some of their new product lines stack up against name brand tools with no appreciable difference in quality at a fraction of the price. I just want to say, keep up the good work Harbor Freight, and we'll keep on buying your stuff.

It’s such a great store!! The people were friendly and helpful and I found all sorts of stuff you never find anywhere else. I mean I love (hd) but there are just things that you come to harbor freight for. And the prices aren’t outrageous. Check it out!!!

I don't go there for much, I typically buy American. But the things I have purchased there have been pretty good and fair priced!
