I was immediately impressed at how extensive their in-store inventory was for almost every section from lighting, plumbing, appliances, hardware, power tools, electrical, tiles, carpet, and wood products. They also have so many in-house services for customizing products which I found to be a real selling point.

I was surprised how many indoor/outdoor security devices they had including products by Ring, Google, and Blink.

The staff are extremely proactive in making sure you find everything you need. They even went out of their way to say to keep pets away from the south wall because of the pesticides - which was greatly appreciated.

This is a great location to complete any project and to walk your pet.

This Home Depot store is as you would expect for a Home Depot (well stocked, clean, employees available to assist) and is located in a easy to access shopping area. A bonus for this Home Depot is that they have a food cart that may be operating when you're there.

I love the Home Depot. 90%of the people who work there can tell me what isle the items I am looking for are on. Home Depot has a wonderful free building work shop monthly for children. The associates that run it are kind and encouraging. The work shop is always packed full of parents and kids.

I always seem to find what I need (and more) for a reasonable price. Plus, Larry was very pleasant and helpful.

Always get good help from the assistants. Return process is simple. They almost always have what I want.

Best place to shop for home improvement items, especially for a veteran. 10% off at register for veterans!

Their quote to install a new water heater was significantly lower than anywhere else. Service was prompt and efficient.

Helpful staff well trained in safe shopping, well-stocked, and great outdoor department. I only support businesses that are COVID smart! Online curbside pick up now available. They are protecting all of us. BRAVO

Went in to get more paint because the new can I just bought got knocked over. Bill and Jack in the paint department were very helpful. They were busy so we had to wait a bit but that was okay as there were fun displays to look at to keep my daughter entertained. I love their helpfulness at the store and have great customer service.

To those who leave a bad review of this store are just plan angry haters! I work in maintenance and have shopped at this store consistently for 5 years and you will never meet a more friendly staff! The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked.
I shop all the other home improvement and hardware stores in the Madison area and none compare to the level of service I receive at this store and its not even close! Especially when it comes to the other major competitor. I'm consistently asked if I need any help by workers walking by me (compared to the competition who's workers do everything to avoid eye contact)
I would also like to acknowledge a few employees that are due for recognition.

Just had a few things to get, and they have it all. Plus you add in very close parking, a clean store, and helpful people. It's a slam dunk to pick HD. They have a well laid out store that had almost anything you can think of. Come here and you will find things you didn't even know what you needed. Until you show up and start looking in the isles & and in the end caps. I found many new items that had me thinking of me projects that I can now imagine & do in the future.

Wonderful product return experience for materials unused. As always was tempted to get another cordless tool lol

We installed some custom blinds after ordering them from this location, but a we encountered quite a few hiccups with the accuracy and fulfillment of our order. This being said, Spencer, who is Home Depot's order specialist, really pulled through for us by ensuring that our orders were fulfilled correctly. We really appreciate his help in working with a very stubborn manufacturer who kept insisting the measurements that were provided by a professional installer were inaccurate. With folks like Spencer working here, I have no doubt that special orders and installs will be completed to complete satisfaction!

My family & I love home depot. They have a little bit of everything, plus they have a wide variety in store, as well as online. The people who work here seem like they've been there all of their lives. They know where everything is in the store. It's pretty amazing. We shop here a few times a year (at least) because we own property and have always had great experiences with home depot. When returning items, they're flexible, if you have a receipt. We will always shop here for our home needs! I HIGHLY recommend you do the same!!!

I'm biased but I always prefer home depot over the other two. Always has what I'm needing. Staff always better attitude if that makes sense.

My roommate and I went to this Home Depot looking for an adapter for our Pur water filter and most of the employees we approached with questions gave a mediocre, half interested answer. We asked an older gentleman who went above and beyond to help us. He was thorough and actually seemed interested in helping. Very sweet man, personable, kind and I’m genuinely sorry I didn’t catch his name. Thank you for helping us!

I hope someone on management sees this. I came for a curbside pick up today (6/20, 6PM) and a gentleman named Josh was so hospitable and friendly and solved the issue with my order so quickly and genuinely cared about making sure I felt taken care of. Before he got off his shift he stopped back at my car to let me know that he’s off but his coworkers are a few minutes from being out with my order. I hope he gets a raise! Thanks so much Josh!

Also, the two other gentlemen who took over for him were also fantastic with great attitudes and were very friendly! Thanks so much for the awesome customer experience!

I had an excellent experience working with Gee Lewis in flooring this past week. She was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was indecisive about what I wanted for flooring, and she never once hinted at any irritation and was a joy to work with. It was just not us but everyone she interacted with during our visit including the other associates. There were other customers also who had interrupted us with questions that were frankly a bit rude but she professionally and warmly answered their questions and immediately got back to us. When I went to leave, I asked her if I could offer her a tip of $100 just because of the exceptional service we received but she wouldn't accept it. Home Depot is huge and there will always be a range of employees with respect to customer service. But, they did right by hiring Gee. She was an absolute pleasure.
