I had bought a new phone and had upgraded to the 5g plan but my phone did not seem to recognize the 5g service. I worked with some very helpful, patient people on the phone, but the problem persisted. I brought the phone into the store. Again, the staff were extremely patient and were able to finally get it to work. I really appreciate the time they spent working to solve my issue!

I bought a phone at this branch on Aug 31 under quite a bit of stress. My phone was crashing, and my current work demands that a lot of people have access to that same number. Nestor helped me out tremendously. He even took a good hour to help me transfer all the data to my new phone, and saw it through a worrisome glitch in transferring info from a crucial messaging app from old to new. I am very appreciative of this young man's professionalism.

I was visiting from out of town when I dropped and broke my phone. I looked up the nearest Cricket location and found this one. I stopped in and the clerk (Hugo) was extremely helpful, competent, and efficient. I had a new phone up and running within 20 minutes and was on my way. A+!

Kenny Gomez was the most professional Service Professional I've dealt with in years. I haven't had that level of service in years. The young man answered all of our questions and helped us navigate with opening a new line on our account. He also gave us some great information about coverage and gave us tips on how to use our phone and the Cricket service to the best of our advantage.
