I-35 Self Stor

My experience with this storage facility has been the easiest rental transaction I have ever had. I found their information online, picked my unit, received an email and text with instruction to open security gate, unit number, and how to access unit. I couldn’t believe it was so easy. I didn’t have to meet anyone, pay a deposit , or have to clean the unit before I could use it. It was so easy I rented a second unit a week later. I would like to have discussed a possible discount for the second unit, however it was too easy to use the online , no phone call, rental procedure, so the trade off was worth not pursuing a discount. The units I have , haven’t leaked ,nor have I felt there was any reason for worry of the security of my property. I would recommend and use them for any additional future storage needs. Thanks I-35 self storage!

This place beats any other company I have ever delt with....here in Kansas or in Texas. So understanding and down to earth owners!!!! To bad all companies wasn't ran by such awesome folks!!!!!

This place and the owner are a joke! Our unit got broken in and items were taken. The owner was doing everything to try and blame us for it!! This man stated "I haven't had a break in, in 20yrs." Cop informed us someone took a camper last year. When I called the owner out on lying to us, this man Scott had the nerve to say that's not a break in, REALLY!! What would you call that. A secured storage that states , they take security seriously and their number one priority is your property, maybe it is until something happens. Lesson learned for me but others need to be aware. A good business man wouldn't lie to their loyal customers nor would they try to blame them.
