Very clean and no problems with rodents, etc…. Anna, the Property Manager, is absolutely the best! I have stopped by before closing and she so kindly assisted me. She insisted it was no problem. She puts her customers first and makes them feel welcome. Please thank Anna for her excellent customer service. She is an asset to your company!!

The lady that was there was so helpful and sweet she explained everything in detail and was very thoughtful and was a very good listener. She showed me how to get to my storage unit and gave me my code and was very helpful. I enjoyed her help.

Have used this facility before and was very happy with the experience. Needed it again and came back and Fawn helped us and she was great. Very knowledgeable and helped us find the right unit! Now renting with them again. Thank you Fawn for your time.

Easily accessible whenever I needed to get things. Accept for when I moved my stuff out this last weekend. I rented a Uhaul for no reason because I got to the storage unit and the elevator was locked for Nee Years Eve and Nee Years Day so I had to recent a uhaul again and NEITHER number I called had an answering service. So I lost $48 for absolutely nothing

Valentine was awesome. He did a great job informing us about the units, service, cost, etc., and then took us on a tour of the facility. I was super impressed by cleanliness of the entire facility including the office, cubes, aisles and restrooms. Access is very easy and the hours are extremely accommodating. This place is perfect for our needs

I had never rented storage space before. Every - single - human whom I encountered at cube smart, from reservation to moving out, was 100% helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

The second I walked in heather was helpful and very nice and professional, showed me around and the storage unit and all of the features and easy accessibility, it’s close to a year I have been here and have had no issues at all and I would definitely recommend.
