The potato cakes were so good and hot the manager there is so nice Elizabeth was her name went a few days ago my son's fries had black stuff all over them not edible at all have to make sure to keep the oil nice and clean

Classic Arby's taste. Shakes are excellent. The new chocolate caramel and sea salt cookie was soOoOo good, plus a good size.

Love the food always hot and fresh the Ruben is my favorite!! This is only half sandwich is pretty big and tasty also the gyros are good there is a lot of good food fast friendly service!!! Love it!!!

They were severely short staffed with only two people. They still got our meal done very quickly. Arby's is always a great standby. I love their horsey sauce and Arby's sauce mixed together on top of a roast beef sandwich dripping. Happy goodness!

Had to try the chicken nuggets after all the hype. They're good, a bit too much breading for my taste- but a good value at the price. The service at this particular Arby's however was impressive. One guy really hustled and was respectful while getting all the orders out. I didn't ring the bell, but he definitely deserves a shout out. He even thanked me for stopping by. Thank YOU sir!

Today I had the Hawaiian fish sandwich. A huge piece of fish with just the right amount of sauce, combined with the sweetness of the Kings Hawaiian roll made it worth the drive. Top it off with a fresh order of curly fries and soda and I am comfortably happy. The crew is friendly and the tables were clean. That bell was rung in appreciation!thanks Arby's

A fast food place that finally got it right,ordered two fish sandwiches they were fresh,and made right. Also ordered curly fries,and when I got home they were in the bag,they actully filled the fry container,which is rare these days by any fast foot establishment.

It was great customer service. My Samsung pay Did not work at 1st they said maybe because of the thickness of my cover I took it off in it went through. Thanks for being patient and waiting for it to go through I appreciate that great service.

At first nobody was taking our order, until a woman came up to us. She was about to clock out but she still took our order and was very patient with us. She was such a sweetheart, and the gyros were very good.

I've been staying here in Rockford doing some work and I've hit this arby's at least twice a week I like it because there's always a variety of different sandwiches you can order.
