Wendy's

I had placed a mobile order, waited at the speaker for a little while but then got to the window and found out it was only 2 people in the building which I understand that for fast food late. They didn’t have a few of my items but replaced it with something else equal to value. Props to the man in there working he was great and food was fresh!

It was great. Food was hot and
fresh. I prefer to go in and get it. I love their drink station. All this variety of drinks in one area. I go to this Wendys a lot.

Our corporate office visited our store and wanted to buy everyone here breakfast. We got 35 Baconator breakfast combos with Orange Juice. I was blown away by your team, Kara, Rodney and Stevie worked together so well and just had amazing attitudes, I just want to make sure that you know how well this amazing group of people are. They went above and beyond, and I am just so thankful for each of them. They truly are all exceptional people!!

The place was clean and the employees were very friendly. It was very busy the night before Thanksgiving but the staff was helpful. There was a small issue with my order, but the manager on duty was super helpful and made it right. More fast food places could use a manager like him!

The new Cinnabon pull apart is pricey but worth it for a treat. Their sausage biscuit is awesome.

Was a little bit of a wait to get our order taken. I think the cashier was new plus they seemed short staffed (like most fast food stores right now). She was very friendly and professional. Our food took a bit to receive (understandably so) but it was hot and fresh. The dining area was clean and lots of room.

Wendy's is usually a good place to go. The food was good and so was the service.

Love the food! Definitely recommend to eat here.

She went above and beyond to make sure our orders were accurate and delivered promptly. It's evident that she takes pride in her role and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Kudos to Manager kara for making our visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning to Wendy's for more great food and excellent service!

The person at the window was very rude and unpatient with us as they have new burgers that we haven't tried we were trying to figure out which one we wanted was very impatient and rude other than that food was excellent and atmosphere was amazing

He sold me from ordering just chicken tenders to buying baked potatoes and drinks. The food was really good . Especially their loaded baked potatoes. He was so friendly and patient . Excellent customer service . Thank you

I was very impressed with the customer service of D and Britta. I was charged for the wrong order so I went back in the get a refund. The manager on duty told me I had to come back in the morning, but D took the initiative to ask me what time I came, and what I ordered so he could call the other manager (Britta) and get my refund. It was busy and he still took the time to help me. Britta was off and she still took the time to walk him through the refund process. Even though I was pushed to the side by the manager that was on duty, D and Britta’s efforts ensured that I left happy, and that’s what matters.

We brought a group of 17 Junior High students to this location. I have brought similar sized groups to fast food locations and it is usually chaos - which is completely understandable. But, to the contrary, it was unbelievable how fast this Wendy’s got our orders in and food to us. And they did it politely as the Junior Highers acted like Junior Highers do. They did such a good job that the customers behind us were even making positive comments about the service. I asked the lady what her name was and she said “Angel.” I asked her if she was a manager and she said yes. Wendy’s, whatever you are doing to train and retain managers like her, you are wining! It was obvious that the rest of the crew in the back felt like a part of the team, knew their jobs, and executed them with excellence. Beyond the service, the food was excellent! One of the best fast food hamburgers I’ve had. Way to go Wendy’s! PLEASE keep doing what you are doing at this location. I’d maybe even suggest having some higher up management come to meet with Angel and ask her what she is doing to build such a climate of excellence. Well done Wendy’s! Love this Wendy's location, food always fresh and out fast....plus Spicy chicken nuggets! Soooo much better than Burger Kings. Always busy always clean. The wait in the drive thru sometimes takes a while, but that's because they make everything fresh. Better salad options, and variety of drink options to top it off

This Burger king is one of the best we've been to. Food is always fresh and fries are hot. We try to go once a week keep up the great work.

We had an excellent lunch. Drive-thru was busy, but the service was good and the food was really good. One of the best locations I have eaten at.

I had the best experience that I've ever had at a Wendys all thanks to Catalina!! I've never felt more welcome! Five Star Sevice From Catalina!! I will be coming back just because of my experience here today.

It's almost always very good
