AT&T Store

I needed to make some plan changes so I went in. Gary was very thorough in explaining different charges, very knowledgeable. He and his staff were welcoming and supportive. I found the services very helpful and we resolved the issues I was having! Satisfied customer.

The staff were so helpful! They helped me lower my bill and told me about discounts I could get! The manager was so nice and knowledgeable

Gary the manager of this location is phenomenal! He stayed patient with my husband and I over this last week and was able to help us with filing a warranty claim on our brand new pixel phone that was having issues and was able to help us save money on our monthly bill! Will never go to a different store

Needed a better service for Tv and Internet went into the store and Gary greeted me and asked how he could up I told him what I needed and he not only got me a better deal on Tv and Fiber, but also switched over my family plan from Verizon and saved me a $100 bucks a month!!

I have such a great experience at this store. Everyone has been super kind and helpful! 100% recommend going here to buy your phones.

Went into Lincoln store and needed to do a software update. The 2 guys working started the update after a few minutes said it was done. So I left and went to the store in Springfield. Told them what I was needing done . The employees in Springfield got the update done. They were very professional about it .

Shout out to Lori and the team at AT&T! Had a problem with my phone and the were able to promptly and professionally get me straightened out and on my way. Two thumbs up!

I came into AT&T to discuss adding three lines to my account. Dylan went over all of the specifics and gave me a quote. Great experience with Dylan. 10/10. When I returned a few days later, Ashley was kind enough to get those lines set up for me in no time at all. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service from Ashley. 10/10.

I want to give a Shout Out to Dylan A! He is Fantastic!!! Answered my questions when I first came in to store to inquire about new phones for my family. I then returned and ordered two new phones and he ended up actually saving me more money on my plan. When my husband's phone arrived he went in and Dylan helped him transfer everything over. My phone arrived shortly after and then I went in to see Dylan. He proceeded to get my phone all set up and transferred as well. After 4 visits with Dylan A he still told us to come in anytime we need help with our phones. He is Outstanding and a Great representative for your company. It's time to get my Dad upgraded and we'll be stopping in to see Dylan again soon. Thank you Dylan A for taking care of us!!! Excellent service!!!

The staff was really nice and welcoming. We got service as soon as we walked in, the guy who helped me and my friend was amazing! I think his name was Dylan. He was super nice and there were none of those awkward quiet moments like there are at alot of places. I really suggest this place. They offer some really good deals :)

James Jordan is top notch at what he does. He went above and beyond helping me switch from pre pay to post pay. System crashed on us twice but third time was a charm and he didn't give up on me. Very polite and professional and I live in Pana and will make the drive an hour just to deal with him. Thank you James and I appreciate everything you did to help me.!!!! I'd give you 6 starts if there was another one. Thank you very much my friend!

Dylan P was a God send when I went into the store. He noticed Att wasn't giving me my nursing discount. He worked diligently to make sure that the discount was applied before I left which saved us over $100 a month. Also he made sure to give us every promotion possible with all the new phones and watches we added to our plan. I recommend everyone go see him to make sure you get the best help possible. He is patient and is working to make sure you get what you want not trying to just sell you random things!

Deezy may never want to see my face again because of all the questions that I had asked! He was wonderfully kind and patient! And funny too!

Zach was awesome took the time and helped answer all my questions . He made sure we had the best plan to meet our needs and assisted with buying a new phone. All the staff there were friendly and welcoming. The store is also set up great. Felt safe going in everyone was wearing a mask. Highly recommend Zach Waide if shopping for new phone or new plan!!!!!!
