Lowe's Home Improvement

U find most of what u need for home improvement. The employees are really helpful. I did had one to many questions and the guy was so polite and he knew exactly what I was trying to do by explaining only I don't know alots of those stuff names or how to use it I had really good experience and ill go back again and again thank you man for the help

Lowes isn't my first choice for home improvement. But, I'm never unhappy when I shop here. I just don't know it like I do the other.

My Lowe's experience was awesome! I was interested in a Jackery product after the last black out. I found out Lowe's has a price match option and the Jackery site was having a sale. We found the Lowe's app sometimes has lower prices than in store, they were able to price match. Then, they were able to price match with the official Jackery cite. A special thanks to Kim (greeter) Todd (product consultant) Christina (tried to save extra!!!) and Dalton (helped with final sale savings). Their combined efforts saved me $2,085.00!!! They rate a 10 out of 10!

Friendly staff at checkout and in the aisle to get something off the top shelf. It should have been down anyway as there were not any garage door insulation panels where they were accessible.

Good location. Staff in the store are helpful with questions. Everything is well organized in the store. Kudos to the staff in the paint department.

I went to JUST LOOK at the plants I swear! I accidently filled my truck. And I had a couple of maintenance things to pick up. I learned SO DOGGONE MUCH from a garden center employee and I hate that I forgot her name. The way she cared for the plants in and outside was with wisdom not a check list. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL VISIT! I'll for sure go back!

I wanted to thank Napoleon and the delivery crew for outstanding service in the appliance section. We had our stove delivered and hooked up, not even 2 full days later. We had a wonderful experience at Lowe’s and highly recommend them to anyone. On another note we bought an unreliable stove last year from a place that rhymes with Vick Dan Shmyke. Worst mistake ever. Thanks Again, Lowe’s!!

Your staff is ALWAYS HELPFUL , wether it's information, location of an item. Down to the check out, SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I use to shop at a competitor's , but about 2 years ago I stopped. The Gentleman by the name of Chuck who helped me with purchasing my wash and dryer combo was absolutely incredible, very very helpful and so very patient!!! Definitely enjoyed my trip to Lowe’s and would recommend to others to ask for Chuck if looking for someone who is willing to actually help you and guide you in the right direction!!!

It was great. I truly enjoyed having the opportunity to stroll around in the store just to look at a few home improvement ideas before making my purchase. I was looking for contact paper, but I found a can of spray paint that was closer to my needed color.

The employees are always helpful and considerate. If they don't know an answer to a question I have they immediately find a co-worker who does know. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I also like the fact that I am asked by the employees if I need help finding anything. I don't have to search for someone to help me. I truly wish every store I went to had employees and work ethics like the ones working at Lowe's.

I tend to shop here for most home improvement/repair needs. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Great app to help you locate what you need if you don't want to interact with people.

I’m posting here because my survey expired. Just wanted to point out the phenomenal service I had received when visiting the store. I was in search of the Dewalt XR combo and literally stood for 10 minutes with no one in site to help. Edmund was down an aisle working when he seen me looking around. He stop and came over to help me look for my items when no one else would. Then I needed a sander and he helped with that too. Doug the store manager came over and looked out as well. I appreciate both of them. Great service. I’ll be there today to pick up some things today so I’ll fill out the survey on there behalf.

Great election of vinyl flooring and knowledgeable staff. The prices were good too. They also have the best selection of yard care products like fertilizer and plant soil.

I am very pleased with the north end Lowe's. I came in last minute needing to find items to finish my bathroom and livingroom...needless to say in less than five minutes I had everything needed with the help of the gentleman in the painting department. He explained everything efficiently and Mackenzie assisted with my items that fell when I was attempting to checkout. She was extremely patient with me which is so appreciated 😊 I'll definitely be returning to this location for my future household needs. Paint wise they were even cheaper than Walmart.
