Starbucks

Today is my birthday and I went in the drive thru to get my free drink and the girl wanted me to show her my app so she could scan my phone. Well of course I forgot my password so I was trying to reset it for like 3 minutes and I think it was the manager, he comes to the window and told me I shouldn’t be waiting this long and gave me my drink. I apologized and told him that I’m trying to reset my password and he goes “you’re totally fine, I don’t know any of my passwords and you’re totally okay” and he gave me my drink and told me to have a great day and happy birthday! So nice of him! Didn’t get his name but he was so kind :)

Delicious Frap, ordered easily on the app, and quickly picked up by a friendly associate.

Indoor seating still closed but the outdoor tables are open. Not much of a view, but it was a beautiful day and I was able to enjoy my entire drink while relaxing outside. 👍🤤

On a road trip. Forgot sunglasses, so I went to Walmart. Grabbed a yogurt snack also. Went to Starbucks drive through for coffee. Realized I forgot spoon for yogurt and I could NOT get the tag off the bridge of the sunnies. Barista saw my struggle and offered to cut the tag for me. Also provided a spoon! 10/10 amazing and saved my day! Thank you!!

I don’t go to Starbucks but my granddaughter loves it. Took her there Saturday morning so she could start with food in her belly since she didn’t eat before I picked her up. The drink order was incorrect so they said they couldn’t take it back but made the correct one.
This morning I was checking my bank account when I noticed they charged me but then the money was put back in my account. I called my bank first to make sure I was looking at it right and I was so I called them so I could pay for it and they refused to let me pay. They let me keep the drink but I felt I should have paid for what we received. It took less than 5 minutes from order to getting the correct drink so it wasn’t a long wait time. I just feel like I should pay for what we received. I spoke to the manager and she said to pay it forward which I have no problem doing so. Really nice people working there, I wouldn’t have expected my money return though. It’s a great place and will go there again but, if my drink is ever wrong again, I will make sure I pay. 😂

Edit: Honestly? Even though this Starbucks started a few months ago you can tell the employees work extremely hard to make the moment right and truly want to create a 3rd "home" for all of it's customers. There aren't enough words to describe all of the great experiences I've had here and definitely not enough words to express the appreciation I have for the employees and customers alike.

Best Starbucks café of year!!! Drive-through is going smoothly and little quickly. Employees are well-prepared to made any drinks for the drive-through customer. That café is better than another Starbucks on Monroe St. because the drive-through at Monroe was so slow. Friendly employees!! That café is CHAMP!!!

The staff here are amazing! I'm from the PNW and often stores in the Midwest are lacking the full Starbucks vibe - this store is not - they address you when you arrive and leave, they're extra friendly, and they get our drinks right! Additionally, they're even more military friendly than most!

Nice staff! I like going to this Starbucks because it’s not nearly as busy as the one on Clearlake. Even though it’s a newer location it’s just as good. Bathroom is also very nice.

My favorite place! Long line always seems intimidating but the people here are so quick and always get my order correct. Love their smiling faces every morning!
