Update! He did call me and take care of this matter! Much appreciated because I love this place. Prior (previous jobs) he did a great job. Called today to let him know one carpet was a bit longer than the other instead of asking me to bring it in to discuss, he kept saying I did what you asked me to do. These carpets are side by side he cut and bound them and made me some runners. But the 2 side by side are 1 1/4 inches off- again side by side so very noticeable. Not the first time I’ve used him, but may be my last… I even offered to pay, I just wanted the one fixed. Comment was “I don't make mistakes” oh okay because we are all human! Lost customer over something so stupid! Prior to this one thing, I have been extremely pleased with their work! Sad really!

I had a good experience with United Carpet. They installed LVP on my 1st floor. I cross shopped them with Home Depot, but United Carpet were easier to deal with, had all the components in stock (end caps, stair pieces, etc) and were competitive on pricing (not to mention keeping it local). So far the planks have proven more durable than the wood floors that they are covering. A family member used United for carpeting a finished basement and were equally satisfied.

Highly recommend. I’ve used them for several of my homes. Very competitive pricing. Very friendly. Fast delivery and installation. They even honored pricing that I got prior to covid but had to put on hold. Installer Santiago is very professional and respectful of space.

We just moved to a new home and needed to have the kitchen and living flooring replaced ASAP. The owner came right over, measured as provided samples to fit within our budget. This is Thanksgiving week so we didn’t think we’d get the new flooring before the holiday BUT the owner made it happen! We are very pleased with the outcome. The guys worked hard for two days straight putting in hardwood and carpet and it looks amazing! Support your local businesses! Highly recommended United Carpet!

We recently bought our house and were wanting to replace the carpet in our sons room with something inexpensive since his room is only used for sleeping. We received quotes from different shops that were way above what Hameed quoted us. Even though we specifically told the other shops we wanted something inexpensive, we were given quotes on their more expensive carpets. So we decided to go with United Carpet and are extremely satisfied. We got exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. I look forward to working with Hameed again when we decide to replace the rest of the carpets in the house. We highly recommend!!!

Just needed two tiles to replace cracked ones in our older bathroom. Not only did we find the perfect color match, the store gave them to us no charge! The nice gentleman (wish I would have gotten his name) would not even except $$ for a lunch. Thank you United Carpet!!

Just had a lot of Mohawk Smartstrand Silk carpet installed in most of my 2nd floor. Hameed was great to deal with and his installers are top notch. I will be referring United Carpet to my customers.
